Even though you were holding a hot cup of tea your hands were trembling. After you had told them the entire story, the Mikaelsons had not said a thing anymore and you had nothing to say anymore either. You knew how the spell worked. You were erased from their memories and that would never come back.

"Well, why don't we settle this matter by asking for some DNA test?" Klaus cocked his head and he stared at his siblings.

"Niklaus! You do realize we can not take such a risk, do you?" Elijah shook his head. "Or do I need to remind you of the outstanding qualities of our blood, which will certainly be noticed?" He took a deep breath. "I assume you do not like being used as laboratory rat?"

Klaus didn't answer and he rolled his eyes while he bent his head. He knew that his brother was right. Everyone knew that Elijah was right and that was exactly the problem.

"Maybe we can ask her questions only we can know?" Kol cocked his head and he grinned. He still seemed to think that you were making all of this up and he was waiting until you would fall through.

You wouldn't. You knew everything about everyone. You knew the names of their best friends when they were kids, you knew when and where they were born. You knew all the tricks they had pulled, you knew all the lies they had told. You were certain that you even knew things they had tried to forget themselves. Without thinking about it you started to blurt out as many details as you could.

Klaus' favorite color, Elijah's favorite story, the name of Rebekah's doll, the name of Kol's imaginary friend, the name of the first girl Finn had ever had a crush on.

"But we can still compel a doctor to do that DNA-test, if you want?" You cocked your head, but your siblings shook theirs.

"Not even Klaus and Elijah remember the name of my doll!" Rebekah smiled brightly and she stood up to wrap her arms around you. "Welcome to the family, sis."
