Request - Drabble Kai Parker

You had your arms crossed over your chest and you shook your head. "Do I even want to know what has happened this time?"

Kai bent his head and stared at his feet. No matter how often he had promised that he would behave, he always seemed to lose control at some point again.

One time it had been because the bartender at the grill had been too slow. Another time it had been because the taxi driver had asked him for way too much money. The last time it had been because a student had jumped the queue by pushing Kai aside.

"I didn't want to kill him, I swear." Kai lifted his hands up and shook his head. "But that kid almost ran me over with his skateboard!" He widened his eyes and you licked your lips.

You knew it was far from funny. You knew you shouldn't even be able to be in love with someone like him. But you simply couldn't help it. You couldn't help falling for those puppy eyes. You couldn't help forgiving him over and over again. You couldn't help helping him to cover up another crime.

"I'm already cleaning up the mess. I was looking for a lighter. Do you have one?" Kai dropped his hands and cocked his head. His lips were curling up into a small smile. He always knew when you had forgiven him. It was always exactly two seconds after he had explained the entire story. Or at least his side of the story.

"Maybe I can be persuaded in helping you out again." You rolled your eyes and started smiling too. "Just one kiss and I'll give you a bunch of matches." Your smiled brightened and Kai walked towards you to wrap him arms around your body.

"You're too good for me." He whispered while he pressed his lips on yours.

"I know..."
