The Moon

Alexandria POV

It's been a couple of weeks and my ankle was better. I was in my little library when I heard a thumb. Quickly getting up I ran to see what was going on. I got into the hall and I saw that there was broken glass from a tea cup and the pot with tea staining the carpet on the floor, I looked up and saw Mathew pinning someone against the wall. I walked closer it wasn't just a person, it was Claude he was back.

I stepped closer "What the hell are you doing here. I thought that I gave you a warning." I said

Both Mathew and Claude looked at me "M'lady" Mathew said

"Afternoon lady Alexandria, and you did but I don't care about that" Claude gave me a smirk

I walked up beside Mathew who was looking like he was going to murder Claude. Then Claude reached up to touch me but I slapped his hand away "Don't you dear touch me. What are you doing here?"

"No reason just to warn McCall here about the moon." He said

"What?" He question

"If you want to know would you be kind and do something with your butler." He told me

"Can't believe that I'm saying this but let him go Mathew."

Mathew looked at me "What"

"That's an order." I told him

"Yes M'lady" Even though he didn't want to Mathew let go of Claude and quickly wrapped one of his arms around me.

I was still looking at Claude "Now what about the moon?" I asked

He straighten up his tailcoat and looked at me "It's been a hundred years." That's all he said then left out one of the near window

I looked at Mathew who was still holding me "Been hundred years. What does that mean?"

"So that's why." He said looking down

"What?" I asked

He looked at the mess on the floor.

Mathew POV

"Go back to the office M'lady I'll clean this up" I said letting go of her

"No not until you tell me what Claude meant."

"It's nothing"

"No Mathew I order you to tell me."

I knew that was coming. I thought to myself I gave a small sigh "Yes M'lady. But I'll explain after I clean ok please before you get hurt can you please go to the office I'll be there in a few minutes"

"Fine but you better explain." I watched as she walked to the office.

I started cleaning, after I was done I went to the kitchen to eat her a new tea and a peace of Oreo ice cream cake that I made then went to Alex's office. I knocked then I hear come. I opened the door and she was at her desk. I walked to her desk and place the cake and tea down.

"Thank you now tell me" She said

"Well M'lady every hundreds or so there is a special full moon. And with that full moon it effects not all but some demons."

She looked at me "What happens to them?" She asked taking a bite

"Nothing they just get weak that's all. Some gets fevers plus the weakness." I told her "Last time it happened it did affected me but I don't think it with this time"

She looked at me with some worriedness in her eyes "And if it does? Wait is Claude effected by it."

"Claude isn't effected and Sebastian isn't either." As we were talking I started to feel weak the moon was already affecting me and it wasn't even up yet, but yet I hid it from Alex

"So if Claude isn't effected does that mean....Mathew call Sebastian and get him and Ciel over here for the night." I caught on what she was thinking, tonight Claude was going to do something

"Yes M'lady" I walked out of the room and went to the phone but before I could even pick it up I heard a knock at the door. I opened it and there was Sebastian and Ciel with an overnight bag.

"Mathew are you ok" He asked

"You don't look so good Mathew" Ciel said

"I'm ok I was just about to call you. Claude was just here so M'lady wanted me to call. Follow me." We walked upstairs to her office and went in

"M'lady" We walked closer and her plate was empty.

"Lady Alexandria." Ciel said

"Hmm" She opened her eyes and looked at us "You're here that was fast" She gave us a smile

"Yes I know what's happening Lady Alexandria with the moon and I was with Mathew last time. So I knew that he and you would need help." Sebastian told her

"Thank you for coming. Mathew get a room ready for Ciel" She said

"As you wish M'lady" I told her. "Follow me master Ciel."

"Ok" Ciel said

Alex POV

"Sebastian can you stay with me please." I asked him

"Of course Lady Alexandria."

He stood front of the desk while Mathew and Ciel left "Thank you for coming...um."

"Your very welcome lady." He looked at me "Are you alright."

"Um...well I'm just kinda nervous. Earlier we had an unwanted visitor and I'm worried that he will come back with Mathew unable to work because of the moon. I'm afraid that he will try to do something." I told him

"Don't you worry Lady Alexandria I won't let anyone hurt or touch you while I'm here Lady Alex?"

"Thank you Sebastian. Oh be free to do anything you want alright."

"Thank you M'lady"

He left and I was left in my office alone. I couldn't get my thoughts off of Mathew. When he was in here explaining he didn't look normal.

"The moon is already affecting him." I said to myself. I started to get worried, I never saw Mathew weak or sick before. For all the time he's been with me. What's going to happen? I thought to myself.
