To Be Loved

Tired

Alex POV

I woke and sat up, and I looked all around. I looked at the window and saw it was bright. I glanced at the clock.

Reading 4pm.

Getting up, not bothering with getting dress due to I was just to tired. I walked downstairs. I started to smell food and my stomach growled.

So following the smell I made it to the kitchen. There I saw my soon to be husband.

"Mattie." Mathew turned around and looked at me.

"Your awake my love." He said. I just nodded. "Are you hungry?" He asked. I nodded again.

He smiled as he gesturing for me to sit at the island. I sat down and watched him the best I could being still tired.

Even though I was just three months along with my pregnancy. I was exhausted all the time. My mom said it was normal so I didn't worry.

Mathew got a plate ready then placed it in front of me. I looked at it and there was some biscuits. And they were still warm. I smiled up at Mathew who winked at me.

It wasn't to long before the plate was gone. He turned to face me and smiled. "Would you like more my love?" He asked.

I thought for a second then shook my head. "No I'm ok Mathew." I said.

He smiled and nodded. "Of course." He said picking up the plate and walking over to the kitchen sink and washed it. "Dinner should be ready in two hours." He said. "Oh and your mother is worried about you she is with your father in the drawing room." He added.

I nodded "Which number?" I asked due my manor had like 5 drawing room.

"Number 2." He said.

I nodded and got up. "Love you." I told him before leaving.

I headed upstairs to the drawing room mark number 2 and walked in. On the couch was my mom and dad. My father had my mother in his arms. Telling her that it was alright and I was fine. I smiled.

"You should listen to him mom. He knows what he's talking about." I said with a smile.

My mother's head that once was in my father's chest was now looking towards me.

"Alexandria." She said relief. She got up quickly and pulled me into her chest.

"Hi mom. Hi daddy. I'm sorry for scaring you." I said hugging her back.

"I-Its ok hunny. Are you alright?" She said.

My father got up and walked over to us. "She's fine kitten. Please your smothering her." He said.

She looked at me and pulled away. "Your right. Right. I'm sorry baby." She said.

I smiled. "Its okay mom. I know you were worried about me." I told her. She leaned close and kissed me check. Making me smile more.

"How are you feeling?" My father asked.

"I'm still kinda tired, and I'm body aches. Though I think that's just the pregnancy." I said.

He nodded and kissed my forehead. Soon we were all playing a bored game that I had and having a great time.

After a couple of hours Mathew walked in. It was time for dinner. I smiled due to Mathew making my favorite. Lasagna. Something easy for me to eat.

I thanked him when he sat it in front of me. Everyone was there. Mathew of course standing behind me. My mom, Ciel, my dad standing behind Ciel with his other servents, and Claude.

In the middle of eating I looked up at him. "Uncle. How's Hannah. Is she okay?"

Claude looked at me. "She's doing fine." He said. "Better then when we found her." He added.

I nodded. "That's great. I'm happy about that." I said. I was happy that she was going to be alright.

I lift my fork and brought it up to my mouth when I stopped. My stomach was doing somersaults once more. I brought the fork back down and I started to breath deeply to try to relax my stomach the best I could before.

I felt a hand on my shoulder then a gentle whisper. "Are you alright my love?" Mathew asked.

"Trying not to throw up." I told him with a small chuckle.

Mathew rubbed my back slightly and gently. "It's alright my love. If you need to go to the bathroom please don't be afraid." He said. I nodded but managed to stay and finished dinner.

After eating I got some tea then Mathew and I headed upstairs. Claude and Sebastian saying that they would do the dishes so that Mathew could be with me.

We both really appreciate that. I was still pretty tired. So once getting in bed and cuddled into Mathew's arms I drifted off to sleep pretty quick.

Sorry for the long pause. It took a long break because I didn't think if this story was getting a lot of reads and it was really upsetting me but now I'm going to post it for me because its my stories. So here's this week's chapter of this story. I hope that you guys are enjoying. I also hope that your having a good day or night wherever you are.
