The New Uncle

Mathew POV

"CLAUDE GET AWAY FROM HER" I yelled

"M-Mathew." Alex said terrified

"It's alright my sweet I wont let him hurt you." I informed her

Claude looked into Alex's eyes. "So it is true. You are pregnant." He smiled evily

"Claude what are you doing?" Harper said stepping in front of me

His head wiped up and starred at lady Harper. "Lady Harper stand behind me. Claude is sick and twisted."

"Harper..." Claude said shocked and almost relieved. He let go of Alex and she fell to her feet.

He walked over ignoring me and pulled Harper into a hugged. "Claude let go of...." I began but got interrupted.

"I've missed you Harper. My little sister."

"Sister." Both Alex and I said together

Alex POV

I got up and walked close to Mathew. Mathew and I looked at each other. My mother had never told me about having any sibling let along Claude being her brother.

I didn't want it to be true. That Claude could be my Uncle. He tried to rape me. I started to tremble, I was terrified.

"M'lady are you alright." I felt two hands on my shoulders making me jump in fear. "Shh Alex it's me....its Mathew."

I felt strong arms go around me. "M-Mathew..." I manage to get out

"Yes My sweet it's me." I felt him rubbing my back.

"I-I feel sick."

"Do you want to lay down?"

I shook my head no I didn't want to leave I needed to know the truth. Mathew kept an arm around me and we walked. closer to my mom. "Mom what's going on?"

Claude looked at me then back at my mom. "Baby, Claude is your uncle on your dad's side."

"Claude is Sebastian brother." Mathew said

"Yes." Harper said

"Probably the worst Uncle in the world then."

"What do you mean Mathew?" Harper asked, I started to shake massive again at the thought. "Baby what's wrong?"

Mathew pulled me close. "Lady Harper, Claude as kidnapped her twice and tried to rape her in though two times."

Mom looked at Claude then back at me who was still shaking in Mathew's arms. "Why did you do that?"

"I didn't know she was your daughter Harper. My young master wanted me to torcher Sebastian, Ciel and Mathew. If I knew that it was my niece then I would've done it..." He walked over to me and kneeled down in front of me, Mathew pulled me closer to his body making me feel safe but seeing Claude reaction, he really didn't know that I was her daughter.

Seeing his eyes I got out of Mathew's grip and went closer to him "Alex I'm so sorry for what I've done to you. If you forgive me then I'll be the best uncle and great uncle that I can be." He added with a smile.

I looked into his eye and saw regret. I wrapped my arms around Claude's neck "I forgive you." He hugged me back gently.

I still felt sick probably because of my little one in my stomach.

We pulled away and he looked at me "Mathew are you sure that she's ok she looked pail."

Mathew looked at me and quickly walked over. "M'lady." He took off his glove and place his hand on my forehead. "You're burning up Alex."

Claude pushed Mathew's hand away and placed his hand where Mathew's once was. "She feels like she's on fire."

I looked at everyone then at Mathew, who had a cornered look.

"I'm fine." I told them moving Claude's hand. I started to walk away but begging stopped by someone grabbing my arm.

I turned and saw Mathew. "Alex please." He sounded so worried and in his red eyes I saw not just worry but distressed and distraught. It tare me apart seeing him like that so worried about me.

Looking down at the ground I sighed deeply and stopped fighting the urge and let the weakness take over my knees.

I fell in Mathew's arms. "Alex." He scooped me up, and held me close.

I looked into his ruby red eyes, while he looked down at me. "I'm really warm Mathew." He cupped my cheek with one of his hands.

"I know darling, I'll draw you a cool bath alright." He said already hurrying up to my room. When he filled the tub and set me in, I felt like I was in a tub of ice-cream. "You wait here alright please just relax." He told me placing a cold cloth on my forehead. Kissing my cheek he walked out.

I looked at my arms and saw steam forming from it.

Mathew POV

I walked out of the room and quickly went to the kitchen and got soup made and a cold bottle of water. I walked back up and placed it on her dresser. I was about to go back in the bathroom when I heard the door open.

"Lady Harper?"

"How is she?" She asked

"Well she's in the bath lady Harper."

"Mathew has she gotten sick like this before?"

"No she hasn't" I told her

"Mathew you have to take really good care of her."

"Why's that Lady Harper?"

"Mathew a long time ago Alex came down with a fever she as sick for some time we thought that she wasn't going to get better, but then one day she did so you have to be careful."

My heart fell to my stomach. Miss Harper walked out of the room and I quickly walked back into the bathroom and found my sweet fast asleep. I grabbed the thinnest towel and lifted her up and carried her to her bed.

I set her gently down and got her changed. I changed her into something col than covered her with a thin blanket. I sat next to her thinking about what Lady Harper said.
