Strange Sickness

Mathew POV

I made something quick but yet hopefully easy for Alex's morning sickness. I felt bad for her, I didn't like seeing her like that, seeing her so uncomfortable and in pain.

After making it I brought it up to her.

Walking in she was asleep. It was adorable, she looked like an angel. I walked to the side of her bed and set the try of food on the dresser and then kissed her check.

She slowly opened her beautiful teal eyes and looked at me. "Mattie." She said tiredly. I gave her a small smiled.

"Yes my sweet. I've brought you your lunch if you wanted it." I said sweetly. She nodded and sat up. I brought the tray over and sat it over her legs.

She rubbed her eyes to get the rest of the tiredness from her eyes. I could tell that she was still tired, but sadly she had more work to do.

She began to eat. I sat behind her and rubbed her shoulders and back to relax her.Small moans came out of her mouth between bites but she didn't stop. She finished and I got up taking the tray away. She got up and I kneeled down and put her heels on for her.

After slipping her heels on she stood. I noticed that she was a little pale. "Are you alright my love?" I asked her. She looked at me and nodded. she took a step and tripped falling. In a blink of an eye I wrapped my arm around her waist and held her close. "Alex, my sweet are you okay?" I asked again. I was begging to get quit concerned.

She layed her head against my shoulder. "I-I'm O-ok." She said. She sounded like she was trying to convinced herself.

I held her close. "My love if you don't feel well please stay laying down." I said, I knew that she wouldn't want to but she needed to make sure that she was healthy and that our daughter was to.

"I-I'm just a little lightheaded, and have a slight migraine." She said quietly.

"I'll go get you some water. Please my love get back and lay down." She slowly nodded and layed back down.

Alex POV

After crawling back in bed I curled up. I didn't understand why I started feeling this way. I was fine a second ago, so why was I like this. I run my fingers through my hair.

Mathew walked back in with a glass of water and a pill. He looked at me and gave me the pill. "It's safe for the baby. I promise. " I nodded and took the pill and sipped the cold water.

The water felt good going down my throat. Mathew took off his shoes and crawled in beside me. "Is that better my love?" He asked

I nodded slightly. I took another sip then gave it to Mathew to put on the beside table. "It was probably because you worked your body to much earlier my love." Mathew said, I nodded in agreeing. He kissed my forehead. "Just rest alright its ok" I could hear worriedness in his voice, and really why wouldn't he not care. Just because his a demon doesn't mean he can't feel anything.

I nodded and cuddled in to him. He smiled and looked at me "I love you Mattie" I told him.

"I love you to my sweet." He said kissing my forehead.

We layed there and cuddled for a what felt like hours but soon got up.

"I'm sorry my love but we both got to get back to work." Mathew said slipping on my shoes again like Cinderella.

I smile and stood up. I hugged him then when you the small room to do my History lesson.

I walked in followed by Mathew. I sat down and my History book was already out.

I smiled thinking that Mathew set it up for me. He has always been good to me and that's why I love him so much.

I smiled at him when then started. It was an hour when we finished the lesson. After history it is my Ball dancing lessons but Mathew decided to let me pass that lesson due to I still felt a little off. I didn't know why though but we both hoped that it will go away soon.

I got up and kissed Mathews check then went to find my mother. She was in the Library this time. She was rereading her favorite book but I didn't mind. I walked over and sat down.

She didn't notice that I was there but of course I was fine with that. I was just happy that she was happy here.
