Snapped

Alex POV

I smiled as Mathew and I still sat with out hands on my stomach.

"Hello little Adelaide." Mathew said as I smiled. I could tell that he was happy. That he was excited to be a father.

I was the same. I was excited to be a mother. Still I was pretty shocked that this was happening.

I looked up at Mathew. "I'm kinda hungry Mattie." I said.

He looked at me and smiled. "Are you ready for some food?" He asked. I nodded.

"Actually can we go out Mattie?" I asked wanted Chinese food.

Mathew laughed lightly and smiled. "What are you craving my love?" He asked.

I played with my fingers. "I kinda want Chinese, or um....a nice burger." I said.

He smiled and nodded. "Alright sweet." He said

We got up and got me in something that wasn't a dress. That wasn't a corset. It felt amazing to not be in the dress. Oh well the corset.

He held out his hand for me to take. I gladly took it. I smiled at him as I kissed his cheek.

He smiled and let me go first. We headed down the stairs. Then left out the door.

I waited on the step as Mathew went and got the car. Smiling when he drove up I got in.

I leaned my head back after I buckled up. I looked at Mathew and nodded saying that I was ready.

He smiled as he pulled out of the driveway.

Soon we arrived to a Chinese place. We got out of the car and walked in. I smiled due when we got a table we got it for two.

We sat down and both read the menu. I looked up at Mathew. "Yes." He said.

"I thought demons don't eat?" I asked. There was many times where I found Mathew eating.

He smiled. "I can my love. Others don't." He said. I nodded.

Later after ordering the food came. I got chicken fried rice ans Mathew got a normal plate of rice, chicken balls, and an egg role.

As we both ate we talked about things.  Mostly little things. After we finished Mathew went to pay. I smiled at him. He was such a good man.

After paying and before leaving to go home we went for a small walk. It was relaxing.

Though soon we were back at the manor. I sighed cause I wanted to keep spending time with my amazing future husband.

I smiled. Mathew helped me out of the car. And we walked inside. "How about you call your father and tell him about your choice in naming our little angle. I need to see what lessons you have tomorrow and reorganized what we will be having for dinner. You have a guest coming tomorrow so I need to plan your schedule around them" He said.  I nodded and kissed his cheek.

"So I won't see you in a while then?" I asked upset.

"I'm afraid not M'lady." He said kissing my nose.

I sighed. Then hugged him quickly before he had to leave.

I liked his idea about calling my father though. Walking in the manor I went over to the phone and dialed Ciel manor number.

It rang a few times before it stopped and I heard my fathers voice.

"Hello Phantomhive manor." He said. Though he sounded like he was irritated.

"Hi daddy." I said gently.

"Oh Alex its you. Listen I don't really have time..." He was cut off by a sound of something braking.

"Oh I'm sorry daddy. I just wanted to.." That's when he cut me off.

"I said not now." He snapped in frustration before hanging up without another word.

I stood there for a few minutes. I slowly put the phone down. I sniffed as I felt a tear rolled down my check. I quickly whipped it away before slowly walking up to my room. Closing the door and locking  it.

Sitting on my bed. I placed my hands on my belly. Then brought my legs up to my chest the best I could, and cried.

I cried for a long time. I just stayed in my room alone. During the time I wrapped a blanket around me.

There I stayed alone and cried.
