Dear Diary,

I'm really sorry about the lack of writing. But I feel like the more days I don't write in this journal, the more I'll have to talk about, if that makes sense at all.
The first thing I want to talk about is my club I joined. The club is amazing! Me and Dana hang out with one another and talk to each other during our free time before the club starts. He's really into the things I like such as writing and art, and he completely agrees with everything I talk about. What's even better is that I got Ava and Kelly into the club as well. Even though we still don't see each other at lunch, they still come in the same area to eat lunch and talk about things during their lunch period. It makes me happy to know I'm still able to do the same things as my friends. I wish this was an after school club.
The second thing I want to talk about is the dance studio. Thanks to our protest and many other people's comments about Mrs. Gina, the dance studio went into bankruptcy. Even though the dance studio was completely shut down, I was glad to know justice was finally served. But even though I won't really get to see May that much, we've both been invited to each other's houses two weekends in a row. Next week, I'm over to her house and the next weekend after, May is coming over my house. Obviously I asked my Dads first and they were okay with it.
Labor Day was on Monday and my Dads invited a bunch of people over to our house for a pool party and a BBQ. Uncle Matt, Uncle Ryan, Uncle Wade, his girlfriend Molly, Uncle Bob and many others came over! In the pool, we played volleyball (my team won!) and Daddy M decided to show some of his cool tricks when jumping into the pool. It went really wrong. Instead of doing a backflip into the pool, his head landed on the pavement and he fell into the pool. He was bleeding pretty badly and he was lucky he didn't have to go to the hospital, but that's when all the fun in the pool ended. But either way it was a lot of fun.
I'm done talking about things, for now anyways!

Dear Diary,

My Dads did something that I shouldn't have walked in on... I know I'm probably too young to know what was going on but I've been sent up to my room and I guess they're going to give me a big talk about it. Wish me luck, I guess.

Today was Halloween! Daddy S suggested that we should all be something from the Wizard of Oz. I haven't seen that movie until recently and I wonder why I haven't been shown that any earlier. I decided to go out as Dorothy. Even though Chica was a lot bigger than the dog in the movie, she was still Toto. Daddy S decided to be the scarecrow while Daddy M decided to be the Cowardly Lion. As we were all trick or treating, all the old people in our neighborhood loved how I was dressed. Not too many people knew who we were dressed up as and luckily, with Daddy S and Daddy M's masks and makeup, nobody could tell who they were either. I got so much candy! I'm going to try and eat all of it and I'm going to try and hide it from my Dads XD

Dear Diary,

We went to Uncle Ryan and Uncle Matt's house for Thanksgiving. Besides a few family members from Uncle Ryan and Uncle Matt's family, nobody else really came. There was a bunch of food for us to eat from Turkey, to mashed potatoes, to corn, to stuffing, I ate about 3 platefuls of food! I was so full that I didn't even eat much dessert, as much as I really wanted to!

So I might have accidentally made Matt and Ryan a couple? Lol oops sorry XD

I also apologize for the short chapter and the fact that there's only diary entries (then again it's called "Diary of a Daughter" for a reason right?) I wanted to speed things up a little bit to get to some important parts sooner!

I also might skip ahead a few years eventually, which means skipping some diary entries as well, so I apologize for that as well!

Hopefully you guys are still enjoying my story!

More to come!
