It took a long time to get to Boston, and the plane going through turbulence, as well as the seating on the plane in general, made it difficult for me to actually sleep properly. I noticed Daddy M and Daddy S already asleep, Daddy S's head resting against Daddy M's shoulder. I wanted to take a photo, but as I dug through my string bag, I realized my camera was in my other bag that was in the overhead compartment. I could've taken a photo on my iPhone, but I use my camera to take photos because I like being old fashioned. Instead, I used my iPhone to listen to music and watch some shows on Netflix. I was able to doze off, but only for a few moments each time.
Finally, after what seemed like forever, we were beginning to land in Boston. I looked out the window as I saw the plane beginning to dip through the clouds. After a few moments, we were down below the clouds and I could see the city skyline. I then watched as we were getting closer and closer to the ground. My heart got that same exact feeling as it did when taking off, except it was beating faster. Especially when looking down on the freeways and being able to see the plane's shadow. The plane was huge compared to all the small cars passing along the freeway. It almost felt like we were going to be landing there.
Suddenly, after a few moments, the plane landed, making a slight jolt, but otherwise landing smoothly. We could hear the pilot over the intercom welcoming us to Boston and to remain seated until we reached our terminal.
"Did you enjoy that, Em?" Daddy M asked.
"Yeah, that was cool." I nodded.
"Did you see anything cool during the flight?" Daddy S asked.
"Well, I saw the Rocky Mountains, which my teacher told me about a couple weeks ago." I explained.
"Was it cool going over them?" Daddy M asked.
"I think it would've been cooler seeing it on the ground." I said.
The airplane stopped as it had finally reached the terminal. We then got up and grabbed our luggage from the overhead compartments, but we waited for most of the plane passengers to leave before leaving the plane. We then went right over to the baggage claim area to get our bags. My bag was one of the first bags to show up. You couldn't miss my bright pink bag with my name on it. My Dads had to wait a while for theirs but they finally were able to get it and we left the airport.
"Okay, now we'll be going to the hotel and checking in." Daddy M said.
"Are we going to get a cab?" I asked.
"No we're not." Daddy S said.
As we went outside, we noticed a stretch limousine parked out front, with the driver of the limousine holding up "Fischbach" in front of the limousine.
"You guys got a limousine?" I asked.
"We got it just for you, birthday girl!" Daddy S smiled.
"But my birthday's not until Sunday!" I said.
"The entire time you're here, it will be your birthday!" Daddy M explained. "That limousine will be taking us to the hotel, to the conventions, and then all throughout Boston!"
I smiled and began bouncing on my tip toes up and down. I thought I had grown out of that habit, but the excitement was taking over so I didn't even care. Without any hesitation, I approached the limousine driver, who kindly opened the door for me and let me inside. My jaw dropped as I saw the glittery ceiling all lighting up in different colors.
"Like the inside of this limousine, Em?" Daddy S asked.
"It's awesome!" I smiled.
As the door closed and the limousine began driving off, I kept looking out the window as we went through the city of Boston. After about a half hour of driving, we reached the hotel, which was right in the middle of the city and only minutes away from the convention center.
As we entered the lobby, I smiled as I saw Uncle Felix.
"Uncle Felix!" I yelled as I ran over to him.
Uncle Felix turned around and smiled, his arms outstretched. "HEEEYYY CUPCAKE!"
We then collided and hugged each other tightly. Uncle Felix tried to pick me up, but he could only lift me up a small bit.
"Hey, stop getting so big!" He told me.
"I'll try." I joked.
"Felix, next time you see her, she'll probably be big enough to pick you up." Mark joked.
"Hey! Don't start, man!" Uncle Felix exclaimed.
Uncle Felix then took out a small package that was all wrapped up.
"I gotcha a little something." Uncle Felix said.
"Felix, we said not to get her anything!" Daddy S stated.
"I know and I wasn't going to until I saw this!" Uncle Felix said.
"Oh god..." Daddy M mumbled.
BEFORE READING ANY FARTHER, WHAT GIFT DO YOU THINK FELIX GOT EMILY? AFTER COMMENTING OR THINKING ABOUT IT, READ ON!
After opening the gift, I noticed a small box with an image of a round container that read "FLARPY! NOISE PUTTY!"
"What is this?" I asked.
"I thought one of them would have it." Uncle Felix assumed.
"No we don't..." Daddy M said.
Uncle Felix opened the box and took out the round container. He then opened the lid.
"Put your finger in it, I dare ya!" Uncle Felix told me.
I put my pointer finger inside the goo, where it felt really squishy and made a farting noise.
"EWW!" I yelled and laughed as I took my finger out.
"That's all it does!" Uncle Felix assured. "It just makes farting noises!"
"Okay, I will admit, I was thinking it would be something much worse than this!" Daddy M claimed. "But this is actually okay."
"Wait until she gets older, that's when the sex toys will come in." Uncle Felix joked.
"No Felix!" Daddy S exclaimed, but also laughed.
I decided to wait until we got into our hotel room to play around with it. I put the container back in the box and put it in my bag. I then hugged Uncle Felix and thanked him for my gift.
"Is Bob, Wade and Ken gonna be here soon?" Daddy S asked.
"Later on tonight." Uncle Felix responded. "I was thinking we could go out and do something."
"But what about Em?" Daddy M asked. "It's not like we can take her to a bar or anything."
"We'll figure something out so that we could all go." Uncle Felix assured. "We're not leaving anybody behind in this!"
I smirked a smile. I felt kind of bad because I knew they wanted to do their grown up things, but at the same time I was glad they were involving me.
After checking in and settling into our hotel room and annoying my Dads with the Flarpy for a few hours, the rest of the group came and they decided to go to a burger place just a few blocks away from the hotel. After eating and enjoying some free time together, we all grew tired from the busy day coming here and decided to call it a night.
As soon as we got to our hotel room, I went on the bed and fell right to sleep, without even putting on any pajamas.

So it's incredibly weird having to call Felix, Wade and them "Uncle" in Emily's POV and I was wondering if you guys liked it or not. If so, I'll keep doing that. If not, I'll just call them by their regular names.
And sorry for the weird question in the middle of the chapter. I just wanted to interact with you guys a little more. I feel like I might do that from now on. Not during the middle of the chapter like I just did, but maybe towards the end of the chapter. If you like that idea, let me know and I'll keep doing it!
More to come!
