Dear Diary,
That Monday after prom, everybody gave me these strange looks when going down the hallway of the school. Some of them seemed pissed off about me not being there. But nobody even knows that I ditched except for me, May and our parents. They weren't disappointed in us either. I simply ignored the faces glaring at me and treated it as if it were absolutely nothing. They should be happy for who was crowned, not mad at who wasn't and not at those who didn't show up.

Dear Diary,
I am an emotional wreck tonight after doing my final parade for marching band, which was my final performance for me altogether. I'm going to be even more emotional over the fact that next week I will be GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL! I'm so excited, yet nervous, yet emotional. I don't want to leave but at the same time I do. It's such a struggle I'm feeling right now! But all I know is that I will definitely miss marching band the most!

The entire week was just for the seniors. Our first day, we had a banquet and an ice cream truck parked out behind the cafeteria so we could get ice cream for free. The entire day was just to celebrate us. Then, the next few days were tough as we were actually beginning to practice for graduation. We had to practice walking at the same time to our spots, we had to remember where we sat, when to stand up, etc. and if one person messed up, we had to do it all over again. It definitely wasn't fun. It almost stressed me out but I knew I couldn't stress myself out over this, because in just days I will be doing this in front of my family as I finally graduate, so it will definitely be worth it.

Friday
I woke up the next day and turned in my bed, facing the ceiling.
Today is my last day of school ever... I graduate tonight!!
Those words kept going through my mind, making me emotional yet also excited. My future would start as soon as the tassels are turned on our caps as we become official graduates.
When I pulled up to the school, I noticed all the faculty and staff waving and applauding all the seniors pulling into the senior parking lot. As I left the car, I went up and hugged all my teachers and thanked them for everything they had done to help me make it through the school year. I then went inside to the cafeteria where we would do one last rehearsal before our big night.
After rehearsal, which took only 2 hours, all of us were dismissed for the day and I went back home.
"You're here early!" Daddy M exclaimed.
"I told you I would be!" I responded.
"It's too early though!" Daddy S stated.
"Why?" I asked.
Right on cue, a doorbell rang and Daddy S answered the door. I gasped as I saw Uncle Bob, Uncle Wade, Uncle Matt, Uncle Ryan, Uncle Felix and Marzia.
"We wanted to make it a surprise!" Daddy S said.
"Are you kidding? I'm surprised already!" I exclaimed as I went over and hugged all of them.
"They're all going to be there on the bleachers cheering you on when you get your diploma." Daddy M said.
"I can't believe it..." I smiled.
We spent the next few hours just sitting and relaxing before I actually had to get ready for graduation. Of course all of them asked me what I was going to be doing and what I was going to be majoring in.
"So you're actually leaving your Dads?" Uncle Ryan asked surprised.
"Yeah." I nodded.
"Well good, they need it if you know what I mean!" Uncle Felix winked.
"Felix, can you please act mature for once in your life?" Daddy M asked.
"And let's not talk about Em leaving just yet. I don't need to cry!" Daddy S said.
"Too late! In just a few hours she'll be graduating!" Uncle Wade responded.
"I can't wait to record Jack and Mark bawling their eyes out during her graduation." Bob smiled.
"We won't cry!" Daddy M claimed.
"Yeah, we'll know it when we see it." Uncle Matt said.
