Dear Diary,
Tomorrow I start my freshman year of high school. It's amazing how far I have come and how much time I have left until I graduate high school and start college. Even though I'm only a freshman, I've already been getting college ads in the mail! Daddy S and Daddy M are already getting emotional because of that, even though they still have four more years with me!
Yesterday was our orientation. Ava and Kelly and I are all in the same classes! We even have lunch together, it's going to be a great, but also nerve-wrecking year!

As my Dads went and dropped me off in front of the high school, I headed out of the car and met up with Ava and Kelly.
I noticed Daddy M rolling down the window.
"Good luck today!" Daddy M exclaimed.
Daddy S then fakely sobbed, "My baby girl is growing up!"
"DAAD!" I said rolling my eyes.
Ava and Kelly giggled as we entered the front of the school.
"Don't worry, my mom was the same way," Ava said, "except she actually cried."
"My Dads actually cried yesterday and the day before." I said.
"I'm not going to be getting that emotional until a few days before graduation." Kelly said.
I suddenly heard my name being called from behind me. As I turned around, I noticed a familiar face running over to me.
It was Dana!
I smiled, "hey Dana!"
"Hey!" Dana smiled back, "I haven't seen you in forever!"
"It's been a year." I said.
"I know," Dana said, "but you're basically my only true friend in this place."
"Awww..." Ava and Kelly smiled and giggled. I simply ignored them.
"So what classes do you have?" Dana asked.
I showed him my schedule.
"Do you mind if I tell you what these teachers are like?" Dana asked, "or will this make you nervous?"
"No, I'm sure I'll be fine." I said.
Dana then continued to look at the schedule, "Your algebra teacher Mrs. Macy, doesn't even know the definition of math." Dana began.
"Is she supposed to be some replacement teacher or something?" Ava asked.
"Yeah." Dana nodded. "Your science teacher Mr. Crane, is actually lots of fun. Your English teacher, Ms. Adams can yell, but as long as you listen and do what you're supposed to, you'll get along with her quite nicely, same with your History teacher, Ms. Kershner."
"What about phys Ed?" Kelly asked.
"Your PE teacher may be the football coach, although all PE classes are put under his name," Dana explained, "so you could have any of the teachers."
The warning bell suddenly rang and startled us.
"Okay, well thank you Dana!" I said.
"Good luck today!" Dana said.
"Thank you!" I said as we ran upstairs to our home room.

Dear Diary,
Today was my first day of school. All of my classes actually seem cool, except for math. Dana was right. My algebra teacher sucks. She didn't even explain anything math related today, she just explained problems with her boyfriend, which nobody seemed to care about. I bet she'll have us solve her problems about her boyfriend for us instead of actual math problems. Honestly, I don't care what she does as long as she passes us.

I passed my first test for History today! I still have to study for my algebra test and my science test which are both next week! Wish me luck!

Dear Diary,
My Dads checked my grades and noticed I was barely passing in math, even though I've been studying, passing tests and doing all the homework. Either there's a bug, or she's not doing her job correctly. Or she's too busy with her boyfriend to do any work. Who knows?

Our algebra teacher literally quit her job today. She actually stormed out in the middle of class and had us sit there the rest of class. Ava, Kelly and I didn't even say anything and we were trying our best to hold in our laughter.
Needless to say we got a substitute teacher who could actually do math properly and actually put in the correct grades in the computer. So I'm now acing the class! Yay!

Winter break! Finally! We took our midterms for our classes and I already know I passed them! Daddy S and Daddy M are really proud of how I've been handling things. It's definitely not easy. I mentally break down sometimes when studying and doing work, but other than that I have actually been able to contain myself!
I'm just excited Christmas is finally coming in a few days. Wish I wasn't told the truth last year though... Probably one of the worst days of my life.

Sorry this is such a disappointing chapter! I'm trying to get through to some of the most important stuff, which of course will eventually lead to the ending. I'm really enjoying writing this story and all of my other stories! I hope you guys are liking them too! :)
The story about the math teacher is kinda true and kinda false lol. That would've been funny though if that was real life. Haha.
