“Dan, she’s in love with you and you’re going to get married and have a life together, I like her but not more than you.”
“She might’ve changed her mind.”
“She hasn’t.”
Dan nodded then started talking to Will.
Florence kept meeting up with the band and they had fun rehearsing with eachother.
Dan had no clue, but he kept hoping he’d see Florence soon.
And he did.
August 15th.
The crowds were screaming, singing and dancing.
Everyone was having a great time.
Kyle looked down the concert list, they were 8th after McFly.
Dan was a bit nervous but Florence felt the nerves even more, she was sat in the car with John round the back.
It was an hour until she had to go backstage.
Kyle snook off to see her.
“Dan has no clue, you okay?”
“Extra nervous!”
“You’ll be fine.”
“I hope I will.”
“See you soon Flo, you’ll be amazing.”
The band warmed up and Flo kept repeating the lyrics in her head.
McFly were rocking the stage and Bastille were on next.
They sang Pompeii, Icarus, Things We Lost in the Fire, Weight of Living and Laura Palmer.
Then the last song, Flaws.
Florence took a deep breath and started singing.
