Florence followed Dan outside, her dad stood at the door.
“I’ll leave it a few weeks.” Dan said.
“Why?”
“Because I think we need time away from each other.”
“But…”
“I said I’d write plus I’d be busy with the music.”
“You weren’t busy last time I checked.”
“I didn’t mean I don’t want…”
“Just go back to your beloved band.”
Dan put his hand in hers.
“I’ll keep in contact.”
“Right?”
“Florence, I am sorry and I’ll be better than before.”
She nodded.
Dan kissed her hand.
“Daniel, leave!” Her father said strictly.
Florence kissed Dan’s cheek and nodded again.
She watched Dan drive away, she turned to her dad.
“I can deal with my relationship dad.”
“He’s as bad as Gavin was.”
“DON’T YOU EVER SAY THAT ABOUT DAN! He is so much more than Gav ever could be, he has saved me and even if he does hurt me I will never stop loving him. We’re going through a hard time at the moment and YOU are not helping.” Florence practically yelled at her dad and ran inside.
“I don’t like him!” Her father followed.
“Well I do and I will marry that man because he is one of the sweetest guys I have ever met. Dad you said you approved the marriage and I blame Kyle for Dan getting angry. I love him.” Florence said.
