Florence’s father was stood there with Daisy next to him; she was dressed up in a pretty bridesmaid dress.
“I think I’m getting married in that building over there.” She said pointing away from the obvious choice. Her father laughed.
“You look beautiful.” He hugged her.
“Thanks dad.” She smiled and looked at Daisy. “Sorry I haven’t been around much but you have been the best little sister ever and you look great.” Daisy hugged her.
Dan’s parents had already gone up. Florence looked at her dad and her sister.
“John should be here.” She said.
“I’M HERE!” He waved his arms frantically, he was behind a car. “I was going to wedding crash anyway but it’s nice to have your approval.” He smiled.
She hugged him. “I’m sorry, I got you into this.”
“No I am, you were right; I shouldn’t have given you up.”
“You did the right thing. Come on, I don’t think Daniel will be able to wait any longer.”
It was quite emotional for Florence, all her family linked hands and they walked through the doors, rose petals marked the way to go. They got in the lift and went straight to the top.
Tacky lift music played, it seemed like forever to Florence.
Dan was waiting, his parents were sat there and so were John’s family and the band. He looked at Kyle. “I hope she hasn’t got cold feet.”
“She’ll be here.”
The lift came to a halt. They were on the top floor.
John walked ahead.
“Hey, Flo told me I could be here and start singing she’s here.” He said.
Woody started hitting his drum.
“You ready?” Florence’s dad asked her. She nodded.
“You took me to your favourite place on earth…” Dan started singing.
