“Hey Sam, you okay?”
“Yeah I’m good, thanks you?”
“I’m fine.” She didn’t know what to say.
“I thought you might be here.” He carried on.
“Yeah well, I have to look after them all, I’m like the mother.” She laughed.
“Ah, I see. You look good for someone who’s had four children and you must’ve had them all before you were born.”
“Shush, you’re making me look like a fool.” They started laughing and Dan noticed.
He stood closer to her.
“Why do we have to put on this act again?” He whispered.
“I just want to see what Dan would do big brother.” She smirked.
“He looks like he’s going to murder me.”
“And what was with the talk about me being one of their girlfriends the other day?”
“I was curious plus I had to sound believable if anyone walked past.”
“Okay, okay.”
“Dan keeps looking over here and he keeps looking me in the eyes and he’s giving me the evils.” He said.
“If he goes to punch you…I’ll roll on the floor laughing.”
“You’re so thoughtful.” He said sarcastically.
“Sam, the cameraman. You could’ve picked a better name.”
“John is boring, I sound old.”
“But the rhyming.”
“I thought it had a nice ring to it.”
“You’re crazy.”
“No you are lil sis.” He pulled her into a hug.
“John, you’re hugging me.” He released her.
