Renesmee's Story (A Twilight Fan Fiction) *BEING EDITED*

Chapter 3- Part 2

"Hello? Earth to Nes," I hear Rose saying. Her voice cuts me from my daydream and I look up at her.

"I'm sorry, what were you saying?" I ask.

"I said your parents will be here any second now."

"Okay," I say as I stand from the couch. I hear footsteps coming towards the front door and I run to the door. I open the door before mum and dad even knock.

"Hi Nessie," dad says while giving me a hug.

"Hi Nes," mum says while also giving me a hug.

"Hi mum and dad," I say to both of them. "Jake's coming over sometime today," I say.

"Okay," mum says after shutting the front door. "Where's your things?" she asks.

"Already got them," I say, lifting my bag from its place beside the couch.

"Hi Bella," Alice says while giving mum a hug. They became friends basically as soon as they met and they have been ever since.

"Hi Alice. So what did you guys up to last night?"

"Nothing much, watched a few movies," I say. Everyone else says hi to mum and dad.

Everyone's standing in the lounge room creating small talk but I am off day dreaming again. I'm glad I can day dream because I don't sleep as often anymore, I just don't need to. I remember when I was younger I use to dream about Jake all the time, all the fun times that we shared. I see that image of myself in Jake's embrace again and wonder if we will go to the meadow today and my daydream will come true.

"- to go Renesmee?" I hear someone ask, only hearing the end of the sentence as I heard my name.

"I'm sorry, what?" I ask. Crap, I've been daydreaming about Jake. I hope- no, wait till later. I look at dad and he gives me a questioning look. I'll tell you later, I think knowing that he can hear.

"I said are you ready to go?" mum asks me again.

"Oh, yeah. Sorry," I reply.

"Thanks for letting me stay last night," I say to Carlisle and Esme after I hug everyone good-bye.

"Anytime," Esme says smiling. I smile back.

"See ya!" I say before mum, dad and I turn to leave.

"Are you okay now?" mum asks me. She's still worried about me because of last night before I left.

"Yeah," I say smiling. "Much better." Mum gives me a confused look. I just smile. "I'll tell you later," I say.

We walk back home talking about next week.

"Is my check-up next week?" I ask. Once a month I have a check-up with Carlisle about how far in growth I am and he tries to give us a rough of when I'll stop ageing. In his last check-up he said in a month or two but some months I age quicker than others so we aren't positive.

"Yes, and hopefully it's your last," mum says.

Mum and dad begin talking about my check up next week and that they are confident I will stop ageing soon but I am only partially listening into the conversation as I am feeling slightly nauseous in my stomach and that pulsating in my head has returned. It isn't as bad as before but it is still quite painful. I raise my hand to massage the right side of my temple, hoping mum and dad do not notice. If this keeps happening I will have to say something, but not until after my time with Jake.

"Jake's going to the house now, I can hear him," dad says. We were only walking casually but after hearing that Jake is coming now I bolt home, leaving mum and dad behind me. I begin slowing down due to the nauseating feeling in my stomach but still keep a decent speed up. Please stop, I think. As soon as the thought develops the pain and sickness eases. What is going on with me? I quickly get rid of the thoughts and think of Jake, not wanting dad to find out, if he hadn't just then.
