Interesting name.

Age:18

It's nice to see an AoT oc that isn't 15-16.

Gender: Male

Species: Human

Description: Dark brown hair, haircut is short wavy hair with bangs. Blue eyes. Wears the leather jacket that most people in Military wears. He also wears the same undergarments as anyone in the Military.

His hair reminds me of hobbit hair. His description feels kind of curt, but everything makes perfect sense!!

Personality: Hopeful, Curious, Tries to be as joyful as he can, and Careful.

I like seeing a character that tries to keep their hopes up throughout the mess that is the plot of AoT. The fact that you added that he tries to be joyful really plays along with how the soldier's emotions are genuinely fucked up by joining the military in AoT. This personality also feels curt though, and a lot more 'side-characterish'.

Likes: To use the maneuver  gear and knowing he's saving lives

You could probably add more here, but it all makes sense.

Dislikes: The thought of the sound of the colossal titan braking through the wall

Is that really his only dislike??

Strengths: His hopeful personality.

Bless you for including this as a strength. Most people pass hopefulness off like its nothing, but it's important for survival.

Weaknesses: He is curious about a lot of things (hense the fact curiosity killed the cat)

Backstory: Ever since a kid, hearing the noise of the walls braking down scared him to death. Tishno as a kid was still the curious person he is today. He ran outside curious of what the sound was. Seeing a person be killed and the screams of people could scar a kid for life. Tishno's mom grabbed him and ran to the boat. Tishno thought about how many people died that day. He wanted to make sure that, that wouldnt happen again. He wanted to join the Military

But now he's 18, so what else happened since the falling of the wall? Was he 18 then? You also write this very repetitively, but that's got nothing against your OC.

Overall, Tishno's life feels a lot like it revolves entirely around him being curious and how he was scarred by the walls falling as a kid. This doesn't make him a Mary Sue, but makes him sound a lot like a side character as lots of other details are missing. Try to make him less curt and then I feel it would work out well.
