You might want to list her intelligence as part of her personality because that's how intelligence is usually portrayed.

Backstory: she was born into a rich, pureblood family. They were all Slytherin. Her brother, Jay, recently went missing. She is in Slytherin too, though she really wanted to be in Gryffindor. She meets the golden trio(but only befriends hermione) and she is friends with Draco.

Overall, well every (most) Harry Potter is like this and you've unfortunately fallen into the same pit. A girl who is smart and quiet and attends Hogwarts the same time as Harry Potter and Draco. They end up liking Oliver and Draco, and I'm not sure what else. It's just all repetitive.
Please just restart this character and really SPICE things up. Like honestly I love Harry Potter and would love to help you recreate a new oc.
