Description: bleach Blonde hair that is usually in a messy bun, green eyes, and freckles

Seems a bit off for the setting of OHSHC, unless she's from another country.

Personality: Optimistic, bubbly, happy, kind, silly,

All of these go together, yet it doesn't seem like she could expand her personality in different scenarios if she were to be written as a character.

Likes: Her friends, her parents, hanging out with Hunny-senpai :3

Most people like hanging out with loved ones, and also it's spelt Honey-senpai, unless she has some sort of special nickname for him.

Dislikes: Hatred, unhappiness, tears, sadness, stone cold hearts

Once again, most people don't like these things.

Strengths: Making others feel loved, persuasive

Good.

Weaknesses: she tends to bottle up sadness and ends up uncontrollably letting it all out at once at random times.

This is the same as the strengths, but you should add some of these things to her personality.

Crush/love interest: Mori-senpai! :D

A lot of people tend to have romantic relations with Mori, yet why isn't he in her likes?

Overall, she's not that bad, yet she needs more detail to her character. For example, her likes and dislikes don't stand out, and her personality can have more traits to it. I also suggest maybe either explaining her and Mori's relationship, or just not have a canon character be her love interest, since that's rather sueish.
