Name: Regina

Age: 19

It would probably be best if you just said that this was her physical age, since most of the characters (aside from the humans) don't have an exact age. Just to make it kind of fit with everything else.

Species: As my other oc (Mya, which is a rat or mouse..) she is a bunny-humanoid, but it's mostly in her humanoid form. Unless its Pacifist, her humanoid form is her most powerful form.

Sexuality: Bisexual

Height: 5'4

Appearance: As her humanoid form, Regina is a 19 year old female bunny with long-ish brown hair with two dropping rabbit ears, when she is happy, her ears are up, derp. Regina also has pale skin with brown eyes. She wears a brown-pinkish dress, with the bottom being yellow. She has pink socks with the top part being fluffy with bows on the left and flats that are pinkish (wat are those?)

As her rabbit form, she is just some snow rabbit with a bow on the side.

Oh dear. I should mention that Regina looks a bit too human, and her rabbit form is just a rabbit. I would try to spice it up a bit, make her more aesthetically interesting and more going with the Undertale theme. However I can understand that finding a picture of a character rather than drawing them is a lot easier, but at least do something with her rabbit form.

Personality: Regina is at first very shy and calm, she doesn't speak much and is very quiet, but once you get to know her well, she will become more talktive, but she can be very sweet and caring. But sometimes she can be a bit overprotective of cute things, everytime she sees something  She picks it up and keeps it.
Plus, Regina can be a bit weird. She sniffs almost everything, because of curiousness. But, she once sniffed the Nice Cream Guy's ears, he was confused by that, derp.
Regina has a love for both carrots and rasbarries. She sometimes saves them for a snack!

Shy and calm don't exactly fit together, since shyness consists of being reserved, timid, and nervous, which goes against being calm. Though it could work if they were apart. Though it's good that you added some sort of flaws to her, and she sounds rather cute.

Somewhat fits with personality, though maybe you should add randomness as one of her traits?

Relationships
Nice Cream Guy - Regina has a crush on him, but he thinks she's a bit weird, Regina bought one of his nice creams, and even wanted to get to know him, but instead she was to shy to ask him out or something. But she later saw him, and he then introduced her to his (boy)friend Burgerpants.

Interesting, how did she react to this though?

Mya  (Other oc) - When they first met, they didn't really get along well due to them being a different species, by rats and rabbits not getting along well, but, they became close by getting to know each other, it took a while.

Sans - They are rivals, they some times get into arguements but it stopped at that moment before they got along properly.

A lot of Undertale ocs have some kind of connection to this overrated character, however it's good it's nothing too big.

Burgerpants - Same with the nice cream guy, she has a small crush on Burgerpants, but was to shy to admit it to him. But they haven't really talked to each other before, she once heard about him at sometime from his (boy)friend NCG (nice cream guy)

Same as the NCG relationship above, however why is it spelt like (boy)friend? Is it like a low key thing?

• Regina is almost never in her rabbit form.
• Regina is extreamly scared of anything strange, because of all the rumors of most things.
• Regina likes singing, alone.

Good, but a lot of things down there are strange, so you should do a bit of explaining on that part.

This character needs a bit of improvement, and doesn't exactly catch my attention. Some of the information doesn't really go along with her personality, so that was slightly confusing. Though I did like some of her weird quirks and can appreciate the contrast between your ocs (one being a rabbit and the other being a rat/or mouse). But she didn't have any connections with any of the 'smaller' monsters, but at least her attacks had a bit of theme to it. Overall, this character was fairly cute, though wasn't very intriguing or eye-catching.
