I grabbed my keys about to go pick up Katrina but first I went to find my parents in the backyard chatting with their friends
"Oh hi Killian" My moms friends said
"Hi, I'm going out for alittle mom" I said
"Oh with Holland?" She asked
"I saw that holland on the newspaper captain of the football team that one, how is he, oh and how is that perfect little girlfriend of yours?" Ms.Herderson asked
"Hollands good actually I'm on the team too, and uh we actually broke up" I said
"You and Lizzie broke up?"
"Leslie" I corrected
"What ever her name she was a diamond in a sea full of coal I demand you come to your senses at once and take her back"
"No, Joan it's fine, Killian honey who are you going to see?" My mom asked
"Katrina" I said to her
"Okay just don't do anything bad" mum said
"What's that meant to mean?"
"Nothing just you've been coming home later than usual and you don't bring her to the house I just don't want to going down the wrong path my darling, just go tell her I said hi" she smiled
"Um.. Okay mom love you" I said kissing her cheek before getting into the car and driving down to Kats house which isn't too far from mine.

I would be lying if I said I have gotten over the initial shock of dating a girl so beautiful. Someone I crushed on since grade 11 and now she may actually like me back.
She got in the car immediately kissing my cheek and then buckled into the car.
"I have somewhere else to take you, I think your gonna love it" she said
"Okay, just tell me where to go" I said.
"Well first we need food I'm hungry" she said
"Me too." I continued to drive to McDonald's and we both made our own burgers which took us a good hour to decide on all the sauces and toppings before going an our out of town for the surprise Katrina has planned
"Okay turn here" she said pointing to a race track with go karts
"Woah" I said smiling
"I thought this would be fun" she said
"You thought correctly" I said smiling from ear to ear as we both got out of the car
"Come on let's go!" I said pulling her by my side all the way in.
An old man was at the front desk who was really nice and checked us in he spent a while going over safety and how to actually drive the Karts before giving us gear to wear with helmets and all that good stuff
