I looked at my dress in the mirror and tried to put on a brave face. Prom was something I have always wanted to go to and have fun with my friends but now I'm fighting for a smile.
I'm not this girl. Killian made me this girl who cries over some guy. I have never cried over a guy.
"Kat can you zip up my dress?" Nat asked me holding up her strapless blue dress and turning around for me to zip up. It went up and she hugged me asking if I was okay once again.

"I would be better if you would stop asking me" I said to her
"Okay Limos down stairs ladies let's go" Kim said smiling. I lightly smiled and followed the girls out of the room with our parents all down stairs taking pictures.
"Kat you dummy come over here" my mom said pulling me to stand against a wall and smiled
"They need a group photo" Kim's mom said as the stood us all together and took ten minutes of pictures
"Where are the boys?" My mom asked as I froze, I completely forgot to tell her we broke up. I looked at her as she just laughed
"Where's Killian please do not tell me his mommy didn't let him come" she said
"The boys are meeting us there actually," Kim said saving my ass. I smiled at her and she nodded before helping the subject pass.
"We need to go, we're paying the limo guy by the minute" she said as she pulled Nat and I to the doors
"Okay Kim you better get me loads of pictures of my Baby" my dad said as I rolled my eyes
"Bye guys" I said waving
"When we got in the car we each sat back and no one said anything at all for a while.
"I'm going to tell them. I just.. forgot" I said finally
"It's been a week" Nat said
"What Nat means is.. take your time." Kim told me giving Nat daggers
"At least I won't have to see him tonight" I said leaning back in my chair but when I saw Kim's face I could tell something was up
"What?" I asked
"Well Holland convinced him to go.." Kim said
"Have i ever told you how much I hate your boyfriend! What he's doing? Killian is going to prom?" I asked
"Yeah, it gets worse" Kim said
"What else?" I asked
"Well he's taking Alina,"
"Stalker Alina?" I asked
"My ex girlfriend alina?" Nat asked
"Yeah but I made him promise not to get anywhere near you or bother you in anyway. You won't even notice he's there" Kim said
