-Flashback-
"Maybe we can come again next week" I said
"Don't be like that were here, relax it will be fine" Kim answered rubbing my back
"Okay" I whispered as the doors opened in the room and inmates went and hugged their family's and then sat exactly across them. The guy at the back was my dad, he looked at us in all orange but still looked so free. He stood infront of me and Kim nudged me making me realize he wanted a hug. I stood and he wrapped me in a hug before looking at Kim, he seemed to look right passed her before sitting down. I put my arm around Kim and felt like I wanted to leave but it wasn't too bad having someone with me.
"I remember you" he said to her as she lightly smiled and nodded
"Wow your mother and I always joked that you liked her but now. I see where he would take a second look you really grew up" he said eyes traveling her
"Dad what did you want" I asked
"She's not part of the family yet son," he stated. I wanted her here but the faster we talk the faster I get to leave.
"Wait for me out there" I said turning to her
"Are you sure?" She asked me
"I think he is," my dad interrupted
"Yeah I'm fine" I said squeezing her hand before she got up and walked away.
"I didn't know you bring your girls around now, your getting sloppy now Holland" he said referring to my.. Past
"I don't have girls" I told him crossing my arms
"You mean? You and her? Son come on"
"What, what dad?"
"Look at that" he said looking at her again
"You think she can love you?"
"S-she does"
"She loves the football player and the popularity she probably didn't want to come meet your old pops-"
"If you don't want to tell me-"
"My bail is getting paid tonight. I'm getting out" he said
"W-what?"
"And since I know your mother doesn't want me home and your busy playing house with our friends I have a deal" he said leading on the table
"What deal?"
"When I get out tonight you pick me up and you come with me. Or I'll come home, im sure your mother misses me" he said
"She doesn't, you hurt her and I never knew? You touched her dad" I said getting angry
"Don't do that, I did what I had to do to keep her in check!"
