He looked at him. His eyes squeezed shut and his hands waving in the air.

He had teary eyes and he was breathless.

"Do you wanna hold him?",the nurse asked as she picked him up.

He shifted nervously onto his other foot.

"I don't know. He's so small I might break him.",he whispered.

She smiled and put the baby boy above his hands. She gently placed him onto his arms and he gasped. He started moving around kicking his little feet.

Michael breathed in deeply and walked over to you.

"This is our baby.",you asked tiredly.
He nodded and you started to cry.

He placed him in your arms while his head rested on his hand. That's when his eyes opened to reveal a brown eye and the other popped open to reveal a minty blue one.

Michael chuckled. And you smiled.

"He's so beautiful.",you said looking down at him.

Michael wiped a tear falling down the bridge of his nose and kissed your head.

He carried the car seat while you had him in his arms holding him. Michael looked back at you as he slipped the key into the knob and smiled at you. You smiled back and he opened the brown door and turned on the lights.

You saw streamers of blue and you saw friends and family behind the couch. You gasped covering your mouth.

"Welcome home.",Michael said taking your baby and raising him up like the lion king. You along with friends laughed.

"We're a family.",you breathed as he came behind you.

"Yes we are. By the way everyone really loves the eye colours.
