The sun glared into in my eyes as I awoke. I groaned getting out of bed and got dressed, deciding where I should go. Out of all my choices the coffee shop was the only one that felt suitable. I walked out of my house (locking the door of course) taking the sidewalk that led to the end of the road. Fortunately the shop was only a few blocks from my home so I didn't have to worry about being out too late.

After a good ten minutes I reached the coffee shop that seemed to be buzzing with people. I took a deep breath before entering the shop, preparing myself to speak to the cashier. A light breeze hit me as I walked into the building. The strong, rich smell of coffee beans hit me.

Soon I ordered a simple coffee since it was cheap and I was surviving on the hundred dollars my dad gave me to pay for food while Jacob and him were gone. My name was called and I picked up my coffee, pouring sugar and creamer into the drink. I made my way to a chair, sitting down, drinking the warm liquid.

A man sat in the seat next to me. He had ink black hair that was shaved on one side, his eyes were an icy blue, and his skin was as pale white. "Is this seat taken?" He questioned politely with a sweet smile.

"No, it's not." I grinned back and motioned for him to sit down.

"Now why is a pretty girl like you all alone here?" He asked with a slight smirk, taking a sip from his supposed coffee or tea.

I rolled my eyes playfully, "Usually come on this strong with other girls?"

He chuckled and stuck out his hand, "Name's Andy."

"Violet." I giggled and took his hand, shaking it.

We talked for at least an hour. From coffee to high school we had a interesting yet calm conversation. This was until his phone rang. Andy's face became smug as he looked down at his phone, "Excuse me Violet but I must take this." He walked away as I was left by myself.

I looked outside the window and saw a figure stand there. Their back was facing me, they had black hair that hung midway down their neck. They held a phone and seemed to be in quite a serious, intense conversation. Truthfully the person almost resembled Gerard. After awhile they hung up on the person and disappeared. I furrowed my eyebrows, confused on what I witnessed.

Andy came back and looked very proud, almost like he had won something, "Well Miss Violet I must go but here's my number. I trust you'll text?" His hand reached out, placing a tiny piece of paper in the palm of my hand.

"Of course." I smiled which resulted in him nodding and walking off, going about his business. I stayed at the shop for another ten minutes until I decided to walk back to my quiet and comforting home.
