Aliona's P.O.V

"How fast can you get to Elena's?" Stefan asked into the phone as my breath hitched.

"Vicki's there?" I asked whilst walking out of the boarding house, not bothering to say goodbye to Damon.

"Yeah how did you-"

"It doesn't matter, I'll explain later." I brushed it off.

"Okay but hurry to get here." Stefan urged as I got into my car.

"I'm on my way." I confirmed before hanging up and starting the car, speeding as fast legally possible down the road.

"Ali hey come in." Matt said after I knocked on Elena's door.

"Stefan called, said something about Vick?" I asked, trying to sound clueless.

"Yeah she's taken something bad and now she ain't in a good place." Matt sighed as I nodded. "You wouldn't know what it is would you?" He asked suspiciously as my eyes widened, had Elena told him I was vampire?

"Why would I know?" I questioned as Matt led me into the kitchen.

"Because you know... you used to hang around with her and Jer and get high or whatever." Matt shrugged as I raised an eyebrow.

"The key words there are used to. I don't anymore and even if I did, I'm not some scientist that can tell you the symptoms of every drug on the planet." I huffed as he chuckled slightly. Suddenly we both heard someone rushing down the stairs and turned to see Vicki, she held her shoes in one hand whilst she ran.

"Vick?" Matt called to her but she ignored him and opened the front door. "Vicki!" Matt yelled and ran after her, I followed close behind. However when we got outside, Vicki was nowhere to be seen. "You guys call people to get them looking, I'm gonna go find her." Matt spoke and took off running.

Stefan ran outside with Elena and Jeremy behind him, looking around the empty street.

"She just took off." I said to Stefan as Elena watched me warily, she still didn't know I was his sister.

"I can track her." Stefan spoke as I nodded.

"I'll help." I replied and Stefan nodded, Elena turned to look at him.

"Wait here till we get back." Stefan said, not waiting for a reply before we both headed off to look for Vicki.

Night soon fell, and there was still no sign of her. Stefan was claiming that he could track her and she was in the forest, but I wasn't so sure of his senses being strong enough.

"She's not here." I mumbled as we trudged through the thick woods, looking around for any sign she'd been here.

"She has to be." Stefan replied as I groaned.

"This is all my fault, I was at the cemetery last night with Damon. I let him take her back to the boarding house and this morning she walked right past me." I sighed whilst Stefan shook his head.

"It's Damon's doing. Simple." He spoke bluntly, it still didn't seem real how much they hated each other.

"Ugh I'm hungry." I grumbled as he raised an eyebrow at me.

"You lost control last night, people died because of it." He stated as I rolled my eyes.

"When I got there, they were already dead or barely conscious. Damon was going to burn them all anyway." I sighed as he shook his head.
