Chapter 54: Mission Complete

Hikaru's eye shot open as if she was possessed. She had a feeling in her stomach that someone was there, watching her, and that feeling made her get up. Hikaru changed into her everyday clothes and packed her things, aware of what was to come. All the movement she was making throughout the room caused Sentoki to wake up slightly. One of his eye's opened and he listened for anything. Hikaru walked over to the window and looked at the moon. "This is it." Sentoki heard Hikaru's voice and got up, attentive. He started to change into his everyday clothes. Suddenly, Celebi came up in front of the window. She giggled and made her way down and onto the path in front of the hotel. Hikaru watched where the fairy went and Hikaru out the door to follow her.

Sentoki's bedroom door opened just as Hikaru left with him still trying to put on his other shoe.

"Shit shit shit, it's like 3 in the morning! Where is she going?!" he said under his breath.

Sentoki ran to the window and watched as Hikaru went straight on the path and made a left. He ran over to Kimyona's room and opened the door fast.

"Change now. We need to go. Hikaru's ran off."

Kimyona, groaning, got up because of all the light and slowly started to dress.

"I'm gonna go ahead. Go straight out the door and make a left."

Sentoki left her room and the hotel room, chasing after Hikaru. Kimyona left shortly after Sentoki did. Hikaru, following a trail of sparkles left by Celebi, who was now invisible, made her way back towards Victory Road. Instead of entering the caves, she made her way up towards a cliff. Eventually, Kimyona caught up to Sentoki who was still tailing Hikaru from a safe distance. The cliff overlooked Indigo Plateau, with the moon directly in front of the edge of the cliff. Trees and shrubs were throughout the path. Once Hikaru got to the edge of the cliff, Sentoki and Kimyona ducked behind a few large trees. Hikaru surveyed the land under her as if she was on a mission. She took in a breath of the three o'clock air and exhaled through her mouth. She closed her eyes for a while and opened them, with Celebi hovering six feet away from her face over the cliff.

"About time I got to see you again," Hikaru half-smiled.

"Is that Celebi?!" Sentoki and Kimyona's jaws dropped as they looked at each other.

"How and why is Celebi here?" Kimyona questioned quietly.

"I have no idea but we will definitely figure it out," Sentoki shook his head in disbelief.

Celebi spun around in glee and when she was facing towards Sentoki and Kimyona's hiding spot, she frowned. Hikaru sensed something was up. Celebi pointed her finger at the trees. Hikaru reached for Charizard's Pokeball and held her arm out for Celebi to get behind her.

"I know you're there, show yourself now. You have until the count of five."

Hikaru started to count and Sentoki and Kimyona looked at each other with no other choice. They got out from behind a tree with flushed faces.

"Oh you two. Geez, I thought it was someone else," Hikaru said with relief.

"Yeah, you're damn lucky it was us," Kimyona said with a raised eyebrow.

"Running off again, I thought you learned your lesson. Now how about you explain Celebi being here," Sentoki pointed at Celebi who was hiding behind Hikaru.

Hikaru turned around to look at Celebi. Hikaru wasn't sure if she should really tell them or not, but since that could be the last time they ever see each other, she had no other choice.

"Well?" asked Sentoki who was losing patience.

Hikaru took a deep breath. "Listen.."

After a while of Hikaru explaining everything from the day she fell and hit her head until yesterday when she saw Celebi at the arena, Sentoki and Kimyona were left speechless and their jaws dropped.
