Chapter 20: Green and the Chairman

"Ultron Force? What's that?" Hikaru asked in between bites of the apple that Kimyona cut for her. Pichu pointed a finger at her for eating with her mouth full.

"That's what I want to know," Sentoki said.

"Whatever they are, it's their fault you're still in the hospital," Kimyona said to Hikaru. It was true, Hikaru was still in the hospital. Even after she said that she was okay, Nurse Joy wanted her on bed rest just in case.

"How long are we gonna stay in Lavender Town anyways?" Hikaru pouted, "We've been here for three days. That's three days of me not doing anything but lay on a bed. It's so boring!"

"Hey now, being babied isn't that bad," a girl said from the door.

"Who's the-" Sentoki was cut of by Hikaru's squealing.

"Green! You're Green!" she got up from bed and ran by the door.

"Green?" Sentoki and Kimyona in unison. Green came out from the door and came into better view. Green was a girl the same age as Blue. She had a blue shirt, white skirt, and a hat. She was also really, really pretty. At least Sentoki thought she was. Hikaru could tell from the rising blush on his face.

Sentoki, trying to dismiss his feelings, "What is with people and making sudden entrances?"

"Quite pretty, ain't she?" Hikaru teased while nudging his side with her elbow. He rolled his eyes but the slight blush was still there. Kimyona began scolding Hikaru for getting up from bed. That made it Hikaru's turn for rolling her eyes. Green chuckled at the trios actions.

"What's so funny?" Kimyona asked.

"You three. You're even better than what Professor Oak said," Green said after regaining her posture.

"Why would he tell you about us? And the better question is: Who are you?" Sentoki questioned.

"She's Green, a Pokedex Holder from Kanto," Hikaru had sparkling eyes as she answered for Green.

"So why are you here?" Kimyona said. Hikaru snapped out of her fangirling trance.

"Yeah. Why are you here?" Hikaru repeated with emphasizes on the 'are'.

"Well let's see," Green began listing the events that got her to meet the trio, "I was training in Diglett's Cave when I saw Yellow. She told me she saw you guys here, at Lavender. Professor Oak told me about you three so I wanted to check you guys out. I went to Nurse Joy and asked and she said you were here so ta da!' That's why I'm here."

"So you're basically here out of convenience?" Kimyona question.

"That's about right," Green answered. Sentoki and Kimyona sweatdropped upon hearing this.

"Yeah. Every time we meet someone, they just come out of no where," Sentoki shook his head.

"She's... like Hikaru," Kimyona whispered to Sentoki as Hikaru was fangirling to Green.

"You're right. She does things at her own pace and does whatever she wants," Sentoki whispered. They glanced at Hikaru and Green who were having a carefree conversation.

"She's also easy-going." Green saw Sentoki and Kimyona whispering to each other.

"Whatchu doin'?" Green smirked while putting one arm on Sentoki and the other on Kimyona.

"What are you talking about?"

"Oh, nothing." She walked over to Hikaru. "Kids these days." Hikaru giggled, looked at her friends, and said, "Right?" Then they started cracking up together.
