Chapter 40 - Concert

Lily's P.O.V.

We came back to our room, then I headed to our room that Shawn and I shared together, to take a shower.

15 minutes later, I came back out to the living room.

"I'm going out for a while guys. Andrew needs me again," Shawn said, then grabbed his jacket. He walked up to me.

"You'll stay here?" He asked.

"Yeah. Just tell Andrew I said hi," I smiled.

"Okay," Shawn smiled.

"Be back later." He said to the boys then went to the door.

"Take care," Cameron said then Shawn smiled before he got out.

I walked over to the boys then sat with them on the sofa.

Taylor got up then went to the door, opening it a bit to check something, then closed it back again.

"Good thing he's gone," Taylor said.

I narrowed my eyebrows in confusion.

"Why?" I asked.

"We need to talk about something." Taylor said.

"About?" I said.

"Shawn's birthday." Nash said.

"Oh, yeah. It's in a few days actually." I said.

"We're planning on having a surprise party for him. Since we're in Toronto, we could invite his family and friends." Cameron added.

"That's a great idea!" I said, "for sure he'll absolutely love it."

"Okay so now, while he's out, let's plan the surprise party." Taylor said.

"I'll tell his family about it," Aaron said.

"I'll contact his friends," Matt said.

"I'll help with the whole set-up." I said.

"Good, good." Taylor said.

"But what about presents?" Carter asked.

Presents. That reminds me. What should I get Shawn for his birthday?

"I'm gonna go to the mall tomorrow to buy him a present." Cameron said.

"Can I come?" I said.

"Sure," he smiled.

"I'll come as well," Nash said.

"We'll get some party needs after the concert," Matt said.

"This is going to be fun!" Taylor said.

-The next day-

Lily's P.O.V.

"I don't know what to give him for his birthday," I said.

"Well, if we look around more, you'll find one." Nash said.

"What are you guys going to give him anyway?" I asked.

"Shoes," Nash said.

"Personalized sweatshirt." Cameron said.

"At least you guys already thought of buying something." I sighed.

We walked a little more in the mall, passing through several shops, as we gazed on several windows.

We walked in a shoe store then Nash picked a pair of addidas, which looks very cool.

"I hope he'll love these," Nash said.

"Are you kidding? It's very pretty!" I said.

"Thanks," Nash chuckled.
