Lily's POV
I'm so nervous. I felt my hands tremble beneath the bouquet of pastel pink roses I was holding on my lap.
I was inside the limousine with Kaylee as I peeked through the window.
"Oh my God," I whispered for the sixth time.
I adjusted in my seat, propping in my gown.
"Relax, Lils. This is your big day, don't be so nervous. You should be happy." Kaylee smiled holding my hand.
I smiled at her, "you look pretty, Kay."
She looked so pretty in her pastel pink gown. She's my maid of honor.
"You look way more beautiful, Lily. Shawn is so lucky to have a girl like you," she smiled, I then pulled her in a hug, carefully avoiding not to smudge my makeup and ruin my hair.
We then heard a knock on the window, Kaylee opened her side of the limo.
"Hi Lily!" Aaliyah said as she and mom Karen went inside the limo.
"I'll leave you guys for a bit," Kaylee smiled before going out, closing the door.
"Aw, sweetheart.." Mom Karen said before hugging me, Aaliyah did the same.
"You look so beautiful, Lily! I am so glad Shawn picked you." Aaliyah smiled.
"Thank you, Aaliyah. You look like a grown woman, I'm so proud." I smiled.
"How are you feeling, darling?" Mom Karen smiled.
"I'm so nervous, but excited at the same time." I laughed.
"I wish my dad would walk me down the altar." I said.
Mom Karen then held my hand, squeezing it softly.
"I am sure that wherever your dad is right now, he is proud of you. And who knows? Maybe he'll walk you down the altar without you knowing." She smiled.
"You got this, Lils. I'm so excited to be your sister!" Aaliyah said.
