Chapter 72 - Get in!

Lily's P.O.V.

Anger flushed through my veins as my mind flashes the image of Shawn and Alice together.

What if she does get him? What if she does win?

What will I do?

"Babe?"

I rotated my head to face him. He slowed the car down, looking at me for a second.

"Are you mad?"

"Of what?" I pretended.

"Come on, Lils." He sighed.

I continued to stare at him.

"I know you're still bugged because of that girl earlier,"

"Can you blame me?" I said quietly, avoiding his eyes.

"Look at me," he said as he lifted my chin towards him with his fingers.

"Look, I don't know who that girl was, or if you even know her or something. But all I know is, even if a million girls flirted with me, my eyes, and heart will always be yours, babe."

I can't help but giggle a bit.

"You're so cheesy," I gave in smiling, "but cute."

"You're not mad anymore?" He asked.

"I was never mad at you babe," I said, "I was mad at myself."

"What? Why?"

"I was mad at myself because I was scared you'll replace me with other women," I admitted.

"Oh baby," he said, adjusting himself, getting much closer to me.

"I love you. I love you with all my heart. No other woman can make me think twice to love other than you." He said and with that, he planted a soft, loving kiss on top of my forehead.

I smiled, "I am literally the luckiest girl ever," I chuckled.

He smiled as he intertwined our hands together, kissing mine then continued to drive.

As I cuddled closer to him, he continuously kissed my hand while he steered the wheel with his other hand.

Until a loud bump in front of us scared me, making both of us jump in shock.

"What was that?!" I said.

"Did I hit something?" Shawn worriedly asked looking ahead of the car's front bumper.

"I'll check," I said getting out of the car.

"Lily wait!" I heard him say but I was already outside.

"There's nothing-" I was cut off with my muffled voice, someone held my mouth as I saw a gun in front of me.

"Don't say a thing or I'll murder your boyfriend," a familiar guy whispered.

"Don't," I tried to muffle out.

"GET OUT OF THE FUCKING CAR!" The guy shouted, Shawn immediately got out, eyes widened.

"Logan!" Shawn screamed in fear, "let Lily go!"

Logan?

"You think I'm that dumb to do that? Move away from the car or your precious girlfriend will spill blood right before you," he threatened.

I suddenly bit his hand, making him scream in pain, as I immediately elbowed his chest.

I ran as fast as I could to Shawn.

"Stop right there!" Logan screamed releasing a gunshot in the air.

I screamed in fear as Shawn kept me close to his chest.

"What do you want?!" Shawn said.

"Get in the damn car. Might as well bring the both of you." Logan said aiming the gun to us. My shaking hands held Shawn's arm.

"GET IN!" He screamed. We both followed, as he followed us, the gun aimed at Shawn's back.

Until there were two masked men at each side of the car, each with a gun. Shit.

As we got inside, Logan got in front to drive. He looked at us, until he smirked.

"Take Lily in front here with me."

"Yes sir," the masked guy that was beside me said.

"What are you trying to do you jerk!" Shawn protested but the other masked guy that was beside him punched him in the guts making him groan in pain.

"Stop! Don't hurt him! I'll do whatever you want!" I screamed at Logan.

"Good. Get in front." He demanded. As tears flooded on my cheeks, I sat in front, a gun behind me following.

"Good girl," Logan purred, touching my hair.

"Don't touch her!" Shawn screamed in anger.

"You're not the boss now are you, pretty boy?" Logan smirked before he started the car.

"Now that I'm back, let's see who'll stand the strongest," he stated before driving to wherever the destination is.
