Chapter 62 - I love you more

Lily's P.O.V.

It was past midnight when the event ended. Of course we let the guys know that we were finally together again.

They even nailed Shawn's fangirls the moment they knew we were back together. (Get it? 😂)

I never felt so happy.

I convinced Connor and Kaylee to stay with us until morning. They agreed to the sleepover.

I walked to the kitchen to get myself a glass of water. We haven't changed our clothes yet since we just got home and I needed water.

As I was drinking from the bottle, someone held my waists making me spit the water in shock.

I turned and saw it was only Shawn.

"God, Shawn, will you stop scaring me like that!" I said with a laugh.

He chuckled, then stared at me from head to feet.

"What?" I said.

"Have I told you that you look really beautiful tonight?" He asked. I blushed.

"Just for tonight," I chuckled.

He shook his head, "for every days of my life, love."

And with that, he planted a soft kiss on my lips. I smiled.

"Hey not in the kitchen, guys!" Aaron said which made us pull away, blushing like crazy.

"Sorry," Shawn mumbled.

"Well, Lily. We already lead Connor and Kaylee to your room. Taylor let Connor borrow some clothes." Aaron said.

"Oh okay, I'll lend Kaylee some clothes." I said then we walked out of the kitchen.

"So they're gonna have a sleepover in your room huh?" Shawn said.

"Yes. So we won't be sleeping together for now." I said pinching his nose. He scrunched up his face.

"Okay.." He said.

I kissed his lips on more time, "goodnight, babe."

"Goodnight," he smiled.

He escorted me to my room, as we both stopped in front of the door.

"Babe?" He said.

"Hmm?"

"I love you," he smiled.

"I love you more," I smiled then entered the room.

"Oh, my, God!!" I squealed as me, Connor and Kaylee were talking in my room.

"He really asked you out?!" Connor said.

"Yeah, at the garden in the venue," Kay shyly says.

"That's so sweet!" I cooed.

"SEE BITCH I TOLD YOU HE'S INTO YOU! YA'LL NEVER LISTEN TO ME," Connor said practically yelling at us.

"Shhh!" Me and Kaylee said simultaneously.

"The boys are sleeping in their rooms just across from us you know," I chuckled.

"Well," He laughed.

"To be completely honest, I've never been in a serious relationship before. And if Cameron is the one, he might be my first." Kaylee admitted.

"That's great. Actually, Shawn is my first. And hopefully last," I said.

"Are you guys serious? What about dates?" Connor asked.

"Well I went out with this guy who I thought was nice. But he almost fucking raped me can you believe that? Good thing Shawn and the boys were there to save me. That might've been the worst night ever." I said.

"Really? Who is this guy?" Connor asked.

"His name is Logan."

"And did he come back after what happened?" Kaylee asked.

"He better not. If he ever does dare to, I'll never let him walk again." I said.

"Yeah and imagine what the boys will do if he ever comes back. They're so sweet!" Kaylee said.

I smiled. "They're more like big brothers to me actually,"

"Aww," Connor cooed.

"Well, aren't you guys tired?" I asked, "we still have school tomorrow afternoon."

Yep, we still have classes tomorrow which definitely sucks. Good thing tomorrow's a half day.

"Good question. Goodnight guys!" Kaylee said then propped herself on bed while Connor took the space on the floor.

"Nighty-night!" Connor said.

I smiled as I laid down beside Kaylee and soon, we all drifted off to sleep.
