Chapter 70 - Did you two kiss?

Kaylee's P.O.V.

"Logan?"

Cameron said, staring at the guy with pure hatred.

"You know him?" I asked silently.

"How wouldn't I know him, he's the guy who almost raped Lily!" He said, almost gonna launch at Logan, but I held him back.

"Calm down, Cameron." I said.

I remember, Lily once told me and Connor that there was this guy named Logan who almost raped her, but luckily the boys were there to save Lily. But why was he with Alice?

"Look, I don't want any trouble here." Logan said, glaring a bit at Cameron. God, this guy looks like a rebel.

"There wouldn't be any trouble of you weren't such a dick," Cameron glared back.

"Wait, what the hell is he talking about?" Alice interfered.

"Let's just go." Logan said but before they could, I stopped them.

"Wait!" I called, they both turned to face me, "why are you with him Alice?"

"He's my brother, stupid." She rolled her eyes, then soon left in their car.

Brother?

"Brother? Who is that Alice?" Cameron asked.

I sighed heavily, "Alice is Lily's rival."

"What?" He said. "What do you mean rival?"

I just sighed. This is the reason why we never want to discuss Alice in front of the boys. It complicates the issue and talking about her is garbage.

"You mean... They hate each other?"

"Alice likes Shawn. And if you don't know her, she's a spoiled and deluded brat who gets what she only wants. She bullies Lily for it and it's stupid. I really hate that twig," I said.

"Wow," he stated, "why haven't you told us about this?"

"We don't want the issue to get worse so we hid it."

"Wait," he said, his face getting more serious.

"What?"

"Alice likes Shawn, right?"

"Yeah?"

"Her brother likes Lily," he stated.

"Oh my God," I said in realization.

"Yeah." He said. "Don't worry. Let's just not tell Shawn and Lily about this. We wouldn't want them to get worried."

"Okay," I said softly.

"Let's go," he said then escorted me to the passengers seat, soon we drove home to my house.

He walked me up my front porch as he smiled, the stars gazing upon us.

"Thank you for the wonderful date, Kaylee." He said, "I hope this wouldn't be our last one,"

"Thank you too, Cam. For making it wonderful," I smiled, "and of course it won't,"

Slowly, he walked closer, as he leaned in inch by inch. My breathing stop as I froze there.

I then closed my eyes as smiled lightly. He did the same. Until...

"Kaylee? Is that you?" I heard my mom say, I immediately stepped away from Cam.

"Uh.. Yeah mom," I said.

Cam chuckled as I blushed.

"I guess I need to go inside now," I smiled.

"Yep. Clearly," he laughed, "goodnight Kaylee. See you tomorrow,"

And with that he kissed the right side of my cheek, making it redder if that's even possible.

"Goodnight Cameron," I smiled, then waved goodbye as he left with his car.

"HOW WAS HE LIKE? WAS HE A GENTLEMAN?"

"WHERE DID YOU TWO GO?"

"WHAT DID YOU EAT?"

"DID YOU GUYS HAVE A DEEP CONVERSATION?"

"Oh my God you guys are driving me nuts." I groaned as I stared at Lily and Connor.

"Couldn't help it, sorry." Connor laughed as we all walked in the school field.

"Cameron is a nice guy, so I believe they had an amazing time together." Lily added.

"Yes. We did," I blushed.

"Did you two kiss?" Connor asked out of nowhere. I looked at him with 100% weirdness.

"Yeah, did you?" Lily said.

"We were about to," I said, "but something ruined the moment so he kissed my cheek instead,"

"Let me guess, your mom?" Connor smirked. I laughed as I nodded.

"Well, might as well be comfortable knowing that that isn't your first date with him," Lily winked.

"I really hope so," I smiled, as we made our way to our fave hangout spot.
