I didn't proof read it, so there might be some mistakes.

Romeo's P.O.V:
What did I do? We have limited fighting options, and I just keep shortening our supply. Ethan hates me and Kristina thinks I give unfair punishments. Devin, Nathan, and Katia don't involve themselves with the group. Kalani hated everyone from the beginning. Xander always had some problem. Ash and Gaby both left and betrayed us. Elizabeth died under my watch. I just banished Isabelle.
Suddenly, I hear footsteps. I jumped up, and propped myself up on my hands. I looked around at everyone. Kristina woke up with a start.
"Sh." I whisper almost silently.
Kristina gets up. Surprisingly, she doesn't make a noise. She lifts up a pillow, and picks up a gun from under it. She aims it directly in front of her.
I, not so silently, get up. I move towards the sound of footsteps. A figure emerges out of the darkness. By the looks of it it's a male.
"Halt!" Kristina screams.
"Halt?" I whisper at Kristina as everyone stirs. Kristina shrugs at me.
"It worked didn't it?" Kristina cocked the gun quickly in the darkness. She tossed the gun to me, and I fumbled with it in my hands for a while.
The man took the chance to kick out at me. I feel to the ground, and the gun went off as it hit the ground. The bullet whizzed past the man's foot. Kristina quickly tripped the man, and sat on top of him. She sighed in annoyance.
"Come on! Let me go!" The man shouted.
Kristina quickly lit a match. It illuminated the man's face for a while. He had brown hair. His eyes were also brown with streaks of gold. He wore simple jeans and a white shirt. His skin tone was a light chocolate hue. The wind blew the match out.
"Kristina, get off him." Xander said fully awake.
"Shut up, Xan. What's your name?" Kristina looked down at the man below her.
"James, I'm a doctor. I used to work at a hospital, but since the Zombie Apocalypse I left. The remaining doctors are doing research for the cure." The man explained. "Can you get off now?"
"Oh my God." Kristina said slowly. She jumped off James. "Thank you, Jesus!" Kristina jumped off James, and rushed to hug me. "We did it!"
"Kristina? Are you okay?" Xander asked her. "You really need to calm down."
"Calm down? Calm down?!" Kristina started laughing. She ran to hug Xander. She pecked him on the cheek. Xander blushed lightly.
"Kristina, what's going on?" Katia rolled on her side. James just looked around and gave everyone a curious look.
"Kalani got bit, so now that we have James he can lead us to his hospital. Then, we have the cure!" Kristina shouted excitedly. A Z wandered into the outskirts of the group. Kristina shot at it with a smile on her face. It appeared to me that she was insane, until my brain clicked.
"James, we have your cure. Kalani, get over here." I directed. Everyone's faces lit up one by one like a lightbulb going off as the look of astonishment and happiness lit their faces.
Kalani hesitantly walked towards the doctor and sat down beside him. With difficulty she pulled up her high jeans and showed James her bitten leg.
He examined it carefully. He lightly pressed on it, ran his fingers along the outline, mumbled some words to him self, and then took a long breath to deliver the verdict.
"I don't know what she told you guys, but she is not bitten. This is just a really bad cut. I would say it's self inflicted, but I can't be sure. It might have also been caused by maybe some electrical wire from a fence or something." James looked up at the shocked faces of the group. He didn't think the one they call Romeo to be mislead, and the short girl with brown hair and eyes that looked on with sorrow looked smart as well.
Suddenly, Kristina burst into tears. Everyone, including James, turned their attention to her. Xander stepped froward and Kristina clawed out at him. Katia pushed him out of the way to comfort her friend, but Kristina swatted her comforting hands away. Kayden carefully stepped forward into Kristina's line of sight. She reached out for him, and she quietly cries into his shoulder.
I looked carefully at her. Everyone stood in awkward silence as Kristina mumbled incoherent things in Kayden's ear.
I stepped forward and looked steadily at James and Kalani. I looked back and forth. I took my time to pick out the precise words I wanted to say.
"So you're saying that we have no cure in Kalani?" I asked. The answer was obvious, but I was waiting for that click in my mind. The lightbulb hadn't came to me yet.
"Yes, you're back to square one. Defeating and evading the zombies with sheer willpower." James said bluntly.
"Team meeting. Mandatory, now." I exclaimed. Nobody looked in a good enough shape for the meeting, but the emergency should be enough reason.
