BROOKLYN'S POV:
we wandered around the complex for hours, appreciating each and every work of art.
we walked by hundreds of paintings by now, but I couldn't quite concentrate.
she kept distracting me.
the way her hair fell perfectly, how her eyebrows would furrow as she tried to find the story behind the painting, how she nods her head when the speaker ends up revealing the story behind the works of art, how her eyes light up when she sees a familiar painting, and how happy she was to be here.
it made me realize how incredibly lucky I was to have someone like her. I don't quite know why she's with me, but I'm sure glad she is.
