Chapter 6 USA Vacation- Arrival at Chicago

AC'S POV

We arrived at Lucky's House and we all loaded are luggage on to Tito RoRo's Van. All of out luggages fitted and I sat next to Lucky in the Van, then we went to the airport.

***Few Minutes Later***

We arrived at the airport and checked in our luggages. I brought a carryon bag that has My Charger, Potato chips, Earbuds, and other snacks.

I can see that Lucky brought his Phone Charger, Salt and Vinegar Chips, earbuds, and a couple of baseball caps. I have no clue why he needs that many hats. I think he just going to buy another one in Chicago either a bulls hat or Cubs hat since they won and Addision Russell is a half Filipino baseball player and they had just one the world series. To be honest, I think he's getting both lol.

"Why so many hats?" I asked him

"Actually, I was going to give you one of these hats." Lucky said.

He gave me a Baseball hat that says Ac in the front, and on the back there is small print that says Lucky Aces. He has another one on like this. But it says Lucky instead of Ac.

"Thanks Lucky" I hugged him.

"Your Welcome Ac" He hugged me back.

I checked my seat number on my boarding pass, and showed it to Lucky. He showed me his, and we were seatmates.

"Hey look were seat mates Lucky." I said

"Oh wow. How Lucky" He said.

"Haha! I see what you did there." I joked around.

***A few minutes later***

We boarded the plane and I sat in my seat, and Lucky sat in his seat right next to me. The Captain started talking on the speaker.

"Good evening everyone this is your captain speaking, and welcome aboard the flight to Chicago. Temperature is about 74°F there and clear weather. It is about a 4 1/2 Hour flight. Enjoy your flight." He finally says.

Lucky's POV

We had began to take off and I saw Ac  was listening to music on her earbuds.

Suddenly the plane drops a little bit and feels like the falling feeling.

"AHH!!!" Yelled some passengers in the plane, including Ac.

Ac held my arm tightly.

"It's okay it was just some turbulence. Are you ok now?" I hugged/asked her to try to calm her down.

"I'm okay now Lucky. Thanks" She hugs me back.

"Your welcome." I said while she continues to hug me.

I look at Ac. She looks like she is about to fall asleep. She also looks uncomfortable in that position, so I told her this.

"Ac, you should lean your head on my shoulder. You'll sleep more comfortably." I said.

"Okay. Thank you Lucky." She said.

"Your welcome. It's the least I can do for you bestfriend." I said.

Ac then fell asleep. I was starting to fall asleep to, after all we took off at like 7:00 and we're going through 2 time zones which it will be 1:00 am in Chicago when we arrive. I then fell asleep.

****A few hours later****

AC'S POV

I woke up and I can see out the window a city and we're close to the ground. The seat belt sign is also on, so I think we're landing. Lucky was asleep, so I think he was tired like me to.
