Chapter 83- The Final Move

AC's POV

I woke up, and Lucky wasn't by my side. I got up, and looked around for him saying his name. "Lucky?" "Lucky where are you at?"

I went back to the bedroom, and found a note by the table.

Dear AC,

Sorry I didn't wake you up. I went out to get some stuff because I need it urgently. I won't take long, and I know we shouldn't be going out, but I need to go just this once then I'll come back. Don't worry I'll be back soon.

Okay, well when did he write this though? It probably wasn't that long ago because its 7:30 right now.

I'm gonna try calling him now to see where he's at.

Calling... No Answer.

Hmm, maybe he's busy right now. All call him again later.

Lucky's POV

I'm moving in on Brace's house now. I looked around and there's some guards around on the outside just sitting around.

I went in through the back, and grabbed my knife to open up the locks on the inside of the window.

I opened it and hid it in the bushes because I don't think I'll need it.

I went in the room and no one was in here luckily.

"I'm in Travis." I whispered.

"Okay. Well the laptop is in his room, and from what I'm reading right now, you're in the guest bedroom right?" He asked.

The room has a bedroom in it and isn't as big as a master bedroom plus a small bathroom. This probably is the guest bedroom.

"Yeah, I'm in the guest bedroom." I told him.

"Okay, well the master bedroom or Brace's bedroom is on the other side of the hall on your left. I'm also tracking the guard's phones and they one is in the bedroom right now, and one also in your way in that hall." Travis informed me.

"Okay, is there any way that you can get a distraction or some sort of thing that can avoid me getting caught?" I asked.

"Yeah, I could send a message to their phone like Brace needs something or to move them from their current position." He said.

"Okay, do it now and also tell me once they start moving out of sight." I told him.

"Okay, messaging them now." Travis replied.

"Alright, there on the move now. I'll tell you once you got a clear line to the bedroom." Travis said.

"Okay Travis." I said.

I waited a couple minutes as we haven't been saying anything until I waited for him to say something.

"Alright, you're clear! Hurry up though, because they might be back." Travis told me.

"Okay, Okay. I'm moving." I said.

I went into the hallway and there's no guards at all so I'm good. I was careful not to make a sound so I don't alert any guards.

I made it past into Brace's bedroom.

"Alright Travis, I'm in the bedroom." I said.

"Okay, you see his computer right?" He asked.

"Yes, the gaming computer?" I asked.

"Well, yeah. I'm pretty sure as I think it's the only laptop in the room." Travis said.

"Okay, then yeah that's it." I replied.

"Alright, you're going to take that flash drive that has the virus on it and plug it in one of the USB Ports, and the rest would be up to me." Travis told me.

"Okay, it's in." I said as I plugged the USB in.

"Alright. Now I have access to it and deleting the video now. Unplug the USB and get out of there now." Travis said.

"Okay." I said.

I unplugged the USB Stick and was about to leave when the door got slammed open.

"HEY! YOU FREEZE!" One of Brace's men pointed a gun at me.

I never been so scared for my life... I immediately put my hands up.

"Oh sh*t Lucky!" Travis said in the earpiece, then the guy punched me and knocked the wind out of me. As my eyes slowly closed.

Just before I got knocked out, I pressed the SOS button on my phone. I guess this is the end of me now.

"Boss! We got an intruder! He's been dealt with though." Was the last words I heard before I lost consciousness...
