Chapter 19- Back at School...

***Next Day***

Lucky's POV

Today we go back to school. I don't really want to go back. At least I'll see my friends and Ac. Oh yeah, I'll still see her at the bus stop.

I got my bag and said goodbye to my family and went to the bus stop. I waited for the bus and Ac. It's weird how me and Ac are the only ones at that bus stop.

I saw Ac coming towards the bus stop.
She looks pretty. She was wearing the Black Lucky Aces T-Shirt, light blue jeans, and her Converse Shoes. I was wearing my Black Jacket, Black jeans, the World Series Champions Cubs Hat, Black Lucky Aces T-Shirt, and Jordans.

"Hey Ac." I said.

"Hello Lucky." Ac said.

"You ready for school?" I asked her.

"Yah, but I also liked it when were on vacation to." She said.

"Yes, me to." I said.

The bus had arrived and we got on. Some people said welcome back and stuff like that because we are going back to school. We just said thanks, and went to a empty seat. I sat next to Ac.

***Arrive at school***

We all went to our lockers so we can drop off our stuff, then we headed to class. I greeted my professor and asked him what I missed and what I needed to make up. He said that the class didn't really do anything because there were a lot of people gone. Most of our homeroom class is from Fresh Groove. So at least homeroom is out of the way. I'll go tell Ac when she gets here.

***Skip to Lunch***

It is Lunch now and there is still only 2 more periods after Lunch. I sat with Ac, Travis, Dhao, and Kyla because they were the only close friends here in our lunch period. I bought everyone Lunch.

"Thank You Lucky" They all said.

"Your welcome guys." I said.

***After lunch***
We're in class and listening to professor, then something loud sounded.

*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP*

It was the fire alarm. We all went towards the door of the classroom and outside. Everyone was out of the classroom then I heard something behind me fall. It was Ac.

I helped Ac up, but we were split up from the rest of the class, but we know it is a fire drill because are teacher said were having one today.

"Thanks Lucky." Ac said.

"No problem. Let's go." I said.

"Okay." Ac said.

We headed to the classroom door, but then we heard a loud bang.

*BANG* *BANG*

That does not sound normal. We heard people screaming. I think those are shots. I held Ac back from leaving.

"Ac, don't go out. I think there is someone firing a gun." I said.

"Okay.. Where do we go?" Ac asked nervously.

"We'll stay here, and close the door. The door is locked already from the outside because the professor locks it like that." I said.

"Okay Lucky." Ac says.

I closed the door and blocked it with desks. We just sat here.

"I'll call 911." I said.

"Okay." Ac said.
