Suddenly the lights came on and an arm was wrapped around my throat instead of my mouth. I grabbed at the arm, seeing Bray next to me and Erick wearing the white mask. I knew than it was Luke Harper who had me, my feet barely touching the ground. Dean, Seth and Roman were about to run out of the ring when Bray stopped them.

"Ah, ah, ah!" he shouted, making them stop, "I wouldn't do that, not unless you want to hurt Lila. Each step makes Luke here squeeze a little tighter."

To illustrate his point, Luke squeezed making me flail more, my oxygen being cut off. They stopped where they were, eyes furious. The pressure released and I gasped, bringing breath into my lungs desperately.

"Here's the deal boys." Bray mused, coming to stand next to me, "Let her come to us and we won't have a problem. We need her, our shining light, and you are trying to extinguish that light. We can't have that can we?"

Dean grabbed the mic from the ref, nearly taking his hand out in the same process. He walked to the ropes, hand clenched around his new title. Roman and Seth looked livid as they stared at us.

"How about this?" Dean countered, voice one notch away from Moxley, "You let her go and we let you live?"

"There you go again Dean, trying to extinguish her light. What do you think will happen if you continue letting her run around with you? The Lunatic Fringe. How much have the three of you tainted her soul? Roman you damaged her more than anyone else and you say you aren't a part of the dark." Bray sneered, pointing at Roman while I pulled at Luke's arm, "So last time, let her join us and walk away."

Dean's jaw was clenched, eyes wide and furious and I knew he was nearly gone over the edge. He threw his title to the floor, stepping on the ropes to glare at Bray.

"And I'm telling you, last time, I'm not letting her go anywhere with you." Dean growled, eyes wide and angry, "This is your last chance to let her go."

Bray shook his head almost sadly as he walked backwards next to me. He brought his hand up, brushing my face from temple to chin. I tried to jerk away only to have him grab my chin roughly. I stared at him, eyes liquid silver with fury.

"Such a shame to hurt such a beauty." Bray murmured, before throwing the mic down.

That's all it took for the boys to start getting out of the ring. The lights went out though and I felt Luke press hard against my throat dragging me backwards. He held on till I was almost passed out than let me drop, disappearing from me. I landed in a heap on the floor, nearly in tears. I coughed, clutching my throat as the lights came back on, Dean Roman and Seth at the end of the ramp. The saw me lying there and rushed up, nearly stumbling. Roman went to the curtain and Seth followed, both of them livid. My eyes were wide as Dean grabbed me by the arms making me face him. His eyes searched my face as I coughed, trying to clear my throat. I wrapped an arm around his neck, burying my face in his chest as he pulled me to my feet. I glanced around, making sure they weren't around before facing Dean, eyes wide.

"Are you ok? Did they hurt you?" he demanded, arm wrapped around my waist.

"Please just get me the hell out of here." I pleaded, voice husky.

He nodded and for once we walked out the curtain, Roman and Seth flanking us. I couldn't let go of Dean and he was nearly dragging me down the hall, title clutched forgotten in his hand. Nikki was standing outside her locker and her face was nearly white.

"Lila oh my god!" she exclaimed, running and hugging me, nearly bowling us over.

I wrapped my arms around her, shaking violently. She ran her hands over my hair soothing me as Shield stood around me, waiting. I leaned back, still feeling pale.

"I gotta get out of here. I'll text you later ok I promise." I begged, pulling away, Dean grabbing me again.

"Ya go. I'll wait for your text." She nodded, pressing his fingertips against her mouth.

Dean started again and we walked down the hall, bursting out the door. We made a beeline for the bus, only stopping once we were inside. Roman shut the door and I leaned against the cupboard, sliding down. I raked my hands through my hair, leaving them clutched in my hair. I breathed deeply, willing myself not to cry. There were only three people in this company that scared the shit out of me and it was the Wyatt's. I felt someone sit across from me, resting their hands against my calves. Someone sat on either side of me and I knew everyone was huddled around me like a safety net. I raised my head seeing Seth in front of me and Roman on my right, Dean on my left. They had taken their vests off, all of us just in t-shirts.

"Are you hurt baby girl?" Roman asked, brushing my hair from my face.

"No I'm not hurt." I shook my head, running a hand over my mouth.

"Those fuckers man." Seth exclaimed, slamming a fist on the floor.

"I hate them." I whispered, eyes watery as I gazed at the three of them in turn, "They scare the living hell out of me."

"There's no way we will ever let them get to you ok Lila. Never again." Seth promised, holding my legs.

"Why can't they just leave me alone? I don't want anything to do with them and I thought I told them that already. I don't want to be a part of their group. What if they get me again? What if the next time they do something worse?" I gasped out, tears streaming down my face.

"That won't happen. Ever. Again." Dean stated, voice low and dangerous, "You know why?"

I turned to him, seeing the intense look in his eyes and for once not feeling at all apprehensive. I shook my head, Dean brushing the tears from my cheeks with the backs of his fingers.

"Because after we take out Evolution, the Wyatt's are next." He promised, holding my chin gently despite his fury.

I blinked, more tears falling as I laid my head on his shoulder, face hidden. I felt Roman take my hand and I laced my fingers through his. Seth still had a hold of my legs and I stayed there, surrounded by warmth and a sense of security, till I felt able enough to get up.

"OK so you need to eat, because you almost passed out ringside." Seth announced, grabbing his phone. "We're ordering take-out. I think it's time for a cheat night for food and I want Chinese food.

I got to my feet, pulling Dean and Roman up as well, "I could eat Chinese. I'm starving despite being vaguely terrified." I nodded, pulling my hair up into a messy bun.

"Forget about those backwoods hicks. Let's get some food into you." Dean smiled, the fire still in his eyes.

Seth was on the phone as Roman and Dean went to change. I hit the showers, grabbing some clothes. I had no idea how long I was in there for, washing off every trace of the Wyatt's before I got out. I slicked my hair back as I got dressed and walked out. I was in there for a while as the food was just being delivered and I could smell it. My stomach growled as I walked over sitting down. Everyone had changed and Seth brought out all the boxes. Grabbing chopsticks we dug in, hunger coming back in full force. Halfway through my meal I glanced around the table. Dean was trying to steal some of Roman's food with chopsticks and they were dueling it out while Seth grabbed at Dean's. Everyone was laughing and cursing at each other as I watched. These three people had burrowed their way past every single defence around my heart and were nestled comfortably in there. Now the only thing we had to worry about was Wrestlemania in 3 days where more than pride was involved, our careers were as well.
