His voice floated around us and I clapped a hand over his mouth, not having enough patience to care about his innuendo. I pushed him against the bus as Phil passed by. His footsteps slowed and then kept going, getting fainter. I let out a sigh of relief before pulling my hand from Dean's mouth. He had an amused smirk on his face , blue eyes shining.
"Not a happy reunion I take it? Trouble in paradise?" he asked, tilting his head at me.
"Not now Dean. I don't have the patience to deal with you and your crazy ass today." I shook my head, clasping a hand around the handle of my case.
"Ouch. That's the thanks I get for staying up all night protecting you?" he clasped a hand over his heart, the smirk permanently etched on his lips.
"Thanks Dean. Add guilt on top of everything else I'm dealing with." I snapped, walking away after checking the coast.
He caught up easily, his legs keeping stride with mine. I kept quiet till I realized I had no idea where I was going to go. I was feeling gross and tired and hungry with nowhere to go.
"So are you going to tell me why you're hiding from Punk after we so desperately searched for him last night?" the pain in my ass spoke up from my side.
"No because it's none of your business." I stated simply, walking slow, thinking about my options.
"It kind of became my business last night." He argued, watching me intently.
"Oh for..."I growled, whirling on him, "I'm pretty sure he spent the night with AJ. Ok? You happy now?"
He let out low whistle, eyebrows raised. He opened his eyes wide, looking slightly disturbed at the news. I frowned, pushing the strands of hair from my face that escaped my bun.
"What an idiot." He shook his head, hands in his jean pockets.
"Ya that's what I said except with a lot more hostility. Now I'm wandering around this damn parking lot with my freaking suitcase wondering where the hell I am going. On top of all of that I am stuck with you trying to get inside my head." I pointed at my temple, feeling myself cracking.
"Stay at the hotel." He shrugged, running a hand over his copper hair.
"Ya cause I'm sure he won't be banging on my door by the end of the night." I scoffed, turning and walking again, "Look for once I'm not trying to be a colossal bitch here but can you just leave me alone? I'm gonna sit here and try figure out when my life collapsed around my fucking head."
I was close to giving up as I sat beside a tire of a bus. Pulling my knees up I rested my head on them, hands on the back of my neck. I could still see Dean's black boots and they moved next to me. Rolling my eyes I felt him sink down next to me, knees up like mine. I heard him clicking on his phone. Ignoring him I thought about what options I could use. I could stay with Randy but I was sure Phil would have already gone there. I was quiet for a while, sitting there at Dean tapped his fingers on his knees, not saying a word.
"Why can't you just leave me alone Ambrose?" I groaned, lifting my head up, hands hanging limply over my knees.
He shrugged not giving me an answer. He was twirling his phone between his fingers. It wasn't too long after that I heard footsteps. I was about to jump up when Dean put his hand on my knee, keeping me in place. Roman walked around the corner, eyes searching until they landed on us, sitting on the ground.
