Vivian sat underneath a tree as she tried to clear her head.
Inside the mansion...
Kaisho was walking back and forth in his study as Michaela tried to calm him.
Kaisho:"Why did she have to remember that!? Why!?!"
Ciel:"There is nothing that can help it Kaisho."
Kaisho looked at Ciel and said:
"I don't wish for her to remember any of those horrible events that happened to her. She doesn't deserve to remember such things!"
Michaela walked up to him and said:
"It's alright, there just memories. Memories can't hurt Vivian. And those two horrible people can't harm her anymore either."
Kaisho:"I know but... What if they somehow find away to escape jail!?"
Ciel smiled and though:
'I don't think we'll have to worry about that.'
Michaela:"They won't, not after what Truman attempted to do."
Kaisho sighed as he fell into a chair behind him. Michaela walked up to a cart and began to pour him some tea.
Outside...
Vivian sat underneath the tree as she tried to forget her memories.
Vivian:'Where... Was that man and woman my mother and father..? No! That can't be them! Onii-chan said that mom and dad love me both! They would never!'
She shook her head as she held her hands into fists. She looked down at her lap before she heard a noise nearby. She looked just as a small yellow kitten appeared and collapsed. She wheeled her wheelchair over and took the kitten into her arms. It was badly beaten and was covered in blood.
Vivian:'Someone!... Help!!!'
Inside...
'Someone!... Help!!!'
Ciel looked at the door as Michaela, Kaisho and Sebastian looked at him.
Kaisho:"What's wrong?"
Suddenly Ciel ran out of the room, down the stairs and ran strait to the garden with Kaisho, Michaela and Sebastian after him.
Garden...
Ciel ran out of the mansion and saw Vivin a few feet away. He ran over to her as she was tying her blue ribbons around the kittens injured arm.
Ceil:"What's wrong Vivian?"
Vivian looked up at him and she showed him the small kitten.
Vivian:"This kitten is badly hurt."
Ciel looked at her as he looked down at the kitten before he walked behind the wheelchair and began to push her to the mansion as Kaisho, Michaela and Sebastian came running out of the home.
Michaela:"What happened Phantomhive?"
Kaisho looked down at Vivian before his eyes wondered to the small kitten in her arms.
Kaisho:"What happened?"
Vivian:"This small kitten came out of the bushes. It looks like it needs help."
Later, Inside...
Vivian sat in her room as Sebastian tied bandages on the small kitten. Vivian looked up at Ciel who sat next to her as Sebastian moved away.
Sebastian:"That should do it."
Vivian:"Thank you Sebastian."
She said smiling at him. Sebastian smiled, ignoring Kaisho's glare. Vivian looked down at the kitten as it slept soundly on a small green pillow.
Vivian:"Who would do such a thing to a small defenseless animal?"
Ciel:"There are a lot of inhuman people around. Take your pick."
Vivian stared at the kitten before it slowly opened it eyes.
Vivian:"It's awake!"
They all looked at the small kitten looked around at them with it's light blue eyes before it stared at Vivian. The small kitten slowly stood up and began to weakly walk over to Vivian and it laid in her lap.
Michaela:"It likes you Vivian."
Vivian smiled as she gently stroked its back. There was a knock at the door.
Kaisho:"Come in."
The door opened and one of the butlers came in.
The butler:"Sir, there is someone here to speak with you."
Kaisho:"I'll be there momentarily."
He butler bowed and exit the room before Kaisho and Michaela walked out of the room. Sebastian turned to Ciel and Vivian and said:
"I will bring some tea."
He exit the room and closed the door. Vivian looked at Ciel before she looked down at her lap as she blushed. Ciel looked at her before he looked away.
Ciel:"Looks like you have a new pet."
Vivian looked down at the kitten before she said:
"I guess so."
Ciel looked at her before he looked down at the kitten who was staring up at him. He moved closer to Vivian and began to gently stroke the kitten under its chin.
Ciel:"It's actually pretty cute."
Vivian smiled as she stared at Ciel with a blush on her face before she looked away. Ciel looked at her before he smiled and she smiled at him. Both stared into each other's eyes before they looked away embarrassed. Vivian looked at Ciel as she said:
"How... How did you know I needed help?"
Ciel looked at her and said:
"I'm not sure. I don't have an idea how I knew."
Vivian looked at him before she looked down at the kitten and smiled. She looked at Ciel before she leaned in and gently kissed Ciel's cheek and said:
"Thank you for helping me."
Ciel blushed as he looked down as the kitten smile to itself.
