Time skip...

Vivian and Ciel laid on the picnic as they stared up at the clear sky.

Vivian:"Ciel..."

Ciel looked at her and said:

"What is it Vivian?"

Vivian looked at him as she said:

"How much do you oppose my engagement to Aidan?"

Ciel looked away and stared up at the sky. Vivian saw his eye changing into its demon form and she sighed.

Vivian:"I'm sorry... I didn't mean to upset-"

Ciel:"A lot Vivian... I hate it very much..."

Vivian looked at him as he turned to her as his eye changed back to it's normal blue color.

Ciel blushed as he said:

"I wish I could be the one to take you as my bride. I don't trust him at all."

Vivian blushed before she smiled and said:

"Thank you Ciel..."

Ciel smiled before he leaned in and gently kissed Vivian's forehead. They heard a little bird beginning to chirp before Vivian said:

"Why don't we just tell my aunt that I don't wish to marry Aidan."

Ciel looked at her before he looked away and said:

"If only it was that easy. She believes I'm not right for you."

Vivian looked at him and said:

"Why? Because your a demon and I'm an angel? What does that have to do with anything?"

Ciel sat up and looked down at her.

Ciel:"Because... She believes that I'm an evil being and I don't deserved to be with you no matter what."

Vivian stared at him before she looked away. Ciel noticed a small tear in her eye. He reached over and gently wipped it away before she looked back at him and took his hand into her own.

Vivian:"Sebastian told me you were once human... If you weren't a demon... Would it have made much of a difference?"

Ciel looked at her before he looked down at his lap. Vivian looked away and said:

"No Huh?... The only way we could ever actually be together is if I did what Onii-chan did to be with Miss Michaela."

Ciel looked at her as she began to play with a blue rose petal. He smiled before he leaned down and kissed Vivian's cheek. He pulled back a little as Vivian looked up at him.

Ciel:"But I wouldn't allow that... I wouldn't want you to sacrifice your wings so we could be together."

Vivian:"But... Then how coul-"

She stopped when Ciel silenced her with a kiss. Vivian kissed back and after a minute, Ciel pulled back and said:

"I would never want you to think that... I would try anything to be with you... so please don't ever think that again."

Vivian blushed before she smiled and said:

"Ok..."

Ciel smiled as he laid back down and they continued look up at the sky.

Vivian:"Ciel..."

Ciel:"Hm?"

Vivian:"I'm gonna try to break off my engagement..."

She looked at Ciel who looked at her as she said:

"I'm gonna break off the engagement so we can be together, ok."

Ciel blushed before he smiled and said:

"Alright, I'll be there as well."

Vivian leaned in and kissed Ciel who kissed back before they sat up. Ciel stood up and picked Vivian up and placed her in her wheelchair.

Ciel:"Would you like to go take a stroll in the garden?"

Vivian:"Ok..."

Garden...

Vivian looked around as Ciel pushed her wheelchair.

Ciel:"I really hope your aunt approves."

Vivian:"I hope so too."

She said holding her hands together. Ciel looked at the white roses and carefully picked one. Vivian watched as Ciel removed the thorns before he handed it to her.

Vivian:"Thank yo- ow."

Both looked as Ciel pulled the rose back and saw Vivian pricked her finger with a thorn Ciel missed.

Ciel:"I'm so sorry Vivian."

Vivian looked at him and said:

"It's ok Ciel. It was an accident."

Ciel looked at her finger as a little blood before he gently took her wrist into his hand. He pulled her hand to his lips and kissed her finger. Vivian blushed as she pulled her wrist back.

Ciel:"Shall we go back inside?"

Vivian:"Yes..."

In the mansion...

Vivian and Ciel sat in Ciel's study as they played chess. Ciel moved his knight and said:

"Check mate."

Vivian giggled as she said:

"You win."

Ciel smiled as he leaned across the desk and gently kissed Vivian's cheek. Vivian giggled as Ciel pulled back and smiled. There was a knock at the door as Ciel pulled back and sat down in his chair.

Ciel:"Yes?"

The door opened and Sebastian stood on the other side.

Sebastian:"My apologizes Master but..."

He was shoved to the door as Aidan entered the room and Sebastian glared at him.

Aidan:"My sweet Vivian, there you are."

Ciel quickly stood up and said:

"What are doing here!?"

Aidan:"Can't I come see my fiancé?"

Ciel clenched his hand as Vivian glared at Aidan who smiled at her.
