Chapter 17
~Eliana's P.O.V.~
After the council was over the members of the fellowship had sat together in the dinning hall. There we all had a meal, and we sat together to introduce one another. I had already learned everyone's name and was finishing up my meal when I saw Legolas looking at me. I looked p at Legolas and noticed that he also had an amused smirk playing at his lips.
~What do you find so amusing about me Legolas?~ I asked playfully.
~Nothing~ He replied coolly,
~I see...so it is nothing then?...well Lord Elrond...everyone...I shall excuse myself there is plenty of things I must be doing so I will bid everyone a good night~ I said as I stood up from my seat.
"Good night Eliana" Lord Elrond said with a gracious nod.
"Good night everyone" I nodded my head and walked to the door but i was stopped by Destiny.
"Eliana! Wait...I have something for you" Destiny said as she quickly caught up to me and handed me a single beautiful flower. "This flower was made personally for you my dear from the Lady of the Dryads herself...she hopes that you use it wisely...and I have seen what you will do with it and I agree...so sing to it my dear and create something exotic and new" Destiny smiled brightly and left.
"What's a small flower going to do for you? It's useless for you to use that on our quest" Boromir grumbled out.
"Well Boromir...when we depart you shall see the results of my newest creation but until then Boromir...good night" I stated as I went to my room.
When I entered my room I had quickly changed into my nightgown and watched the flower intently. It was a very beautiful flower, I just did not know what to do with it. Of course Destiny knew about it, but why didn't she bother to tell me what I was going to make. I sighed and began to prepare for next week. Lord Elrond had decided for the Fellowship to leave after a week. Only so that we may take the time to prepare and rest our bodies to our full strength. Once I had everything ready I sighed again and placed the flower in a vase with water and I went to bed, still thinking on what to do with the flower.
After three long days I still have no clue as to what to do with the flower and as two more days went by I still had no clue what to do. but on the sixth day I knew just what to do. It came upon me when I realized that i had nothing to where upon this quest, all I had were fabric covered gowns. I looked at the flower and I smiled brightly when I remembered how the usual Linfian clothes that a female Linfian Elf would wear when traveling and or fighting against an enemy. I quickly took the flower in my hand and sang a beautiful song that made the flower glow a beautiful shade of white and then pink. I saw before my eyes ad the flower grew in size and transforms. Destiny was right, it was exotic and new, I liked it.
