Chapter 6
~Eliana's P.O.V.~
I woke up to a sudden loud bang in the air. When I got out of the bed I saw that in the sky, was fireworks, that took the shape of a tree. Many people cheered, I could hear that for sure. It seemed like the whole town was at Bilbo's 111th birthday party. The tree turned into what seemed like glitter as it floated down everywhere. Some lightly landed on the top of my head. I laughed lightly as I closed the window, but then I heard many screams. When I focused my elvish eyes I saw a giant dragon flying around the sky. I didn't bother to go down to help because the trees had told me that two hobbits had set a firework and it didn't go as planned for them. I watched the sky as the fire dragon exploded into a grand show of fireworks. It wasn't long before I could hear Bilbo say his speech. Then I heard loud gasps and then everyone, I could see were searching for Bilbo desperately. A while later I heard the door quickly open and close so I quickly went out to the main hall to see Bilbo appear right before my eyes laughing. He held something in his hands, a gold band. He casually walked into another room, not noticing my presence.
"Bilbo...what did you just do?" I asked when I followed him.
"Did what?" He ignored my question and began to get himself ready my throwing on a coat, and grabbing a walking stick.
"I suppose you think that was terribly clever?" Gandalf said quickly, giving Bilbo and myself a scare.
"Come on Gandalf! Did you see their faces?" Bilbo asked.
"There are many magic rings in this world Bilbo Baggins and none of them should be used likely" Gandalf said with a stern tone.
It got me thinking, Bilbo Baggin's had used a migic ring to escape from his own party. It wasn't likely, I knew for a fact that something was not right, even the trees had agreed with me.
"But it's just a bit of fun"Bilbo said, defending himself. "Oh you're probably right...as usual" Bilbo walked to the fireplace then turned around. "You will keep an eye on Frodo won't you?"
"Two eyes" Gandalf responded. "As often as I can spare them" He said soon after.
"I am leaving everything to him"
"What about this ring of yours? Is that staying too?" Gandalf asked, looking towards me, then Bilbo. "Eliana...maybe you should go back to bed" Gandalf quickly advised.
"But I am not tired Gandalf" Was my only response.
"Well then maybe you should check on your horse...I hear that she is being quite restless" Gandalf said quickly.
"Very well Gandalf" I said sadly, not wanting to leave, but I knew I didn't belong there at the moment. So I took my cloak and covered my nightgown and I quickly went to see Amaya.
