After thinking all of her options over with her family, Jessica decided on doing the surgery.

She was a nervous wreak for her baby, but she knew this was the only option that could possibly save both her and her unborn baby.

"Mom, I'm scared." Jessica looks at her mother with a worried look on her face.

"Baby, everything's gonna be okay."

"Why is this stuff happening to us?"

"Sweetie, some things in life.. you just can't explain.  This is only gonna make you stronger.  Make your boys appreciate you even more, and bring you closer as a family."

"I love you, mom." She hugs her.

"I love you too, baby."

"Are you still in pain?"

"Yeah.. a lot."

"My poor baby." She rubs her back.

"How does little guy feel?" She moves her hand back and forth on her belly.

"He's moving around a lot. I'm happy that he is, but it's hurting me." Jessica chuckles.

"Aw.. You'll feel better soon." She kisses his head.

Before Jessica got prepped for surgery, the boys came back to see her.

"Mom, I am so so sorry." Sam sat beside her and held Jessica's hand.

"Sam, this wasn't your fault."

"But I acted like an ass."

"Well yes."

"I feel terrible!"

"You should." James says.

"You quiet!" Jessica gives him a look and points her finger at him.

"I love you mom.  Please know that I'm sorry and that I'll never hurt you again!  I don't want to disappoint you!"

"Thank you, Sam.  I love you too."

Michael went over and kissed Jessica's cheek.

"Everything's gonna be fine, momma."

Jessica smiles and softly caresses his cheek.

James walks over to her and hugs her tightly.

He buried his face in the crook of her neck, and cried.

"James honey, don't cry, sweet boy! Everything's gonna be okay!" She rubs his back.

"I love you, mom. You are the most amazing person in this world.. you don't deserve any of this...

I wish you didn't have to go through this."

"Awe James! Sweetie, I'll be alright, baby boy!"

James pulls away and looks into her eyes with tears running down his red face.

"Awe, baby!" Jessica wipes his cheeks with her thumbs.

"I love you, mom."
