Chapter 59 More Changes

Toriel

The news about Frisk and Asriel getting married excited me so much, after Sans and Chara left I called Undyne, no answer, Alphys didn't answer either, I had to tell someone or the excitement would overwhelm me, I called Asgore, I hadn't spoken to him not once since coming to the surface, I don't hate him, but what he did to those poor children.. I just don't think I can ever love him again.

Chara

When Sans and I got home the atmosphere seemed to be off, Frisk and Asriel were sitting at the table staring at each other with intensity, "woah, what's going on?" Sans asked stepping towards the two, they both turned around and gave him a glare that sent chills even down my spine.

Frisk

He ignored my advances and now that we're done eating he won't even let me take his dish.. What's his problem!? I gave him a serious glare then got up from the table and walked upstairs and threw myself on the bed and into my pillow grumbling angrily. I didn't hear the footsteps but I knew Asriel was there, we could tell when each other was around, a strong bond we shared, we were perfect for each other, so why was he acting like this? "You're acting differently Frisk, ever since you came back, you have, it's not all the time, but lately you've shown a side of you, that you've never had
.. before being subjected to that other Sans.." Asriel's words hit home, he was right, I would never try to seduce him normally, what's gotten into me.. I'm so angry at him but I don't even know why, what did staying in that place do to me..?

Asriel

I noticed it right before we left that place, Frisk didn't notice it, but apart of her turned and looked back at the world we were leaving longing to stay, with that trashy other Sans.. She'd been acting strangely ever since, she even brang up my past, and laughed about it, it's not like her, trying to seduce me was tempting.. Very.. I felt bad but I knew that wasn't Frisk talking, it was that other side of her, and she didn't even realize it, she seemed angry at me for declining her,  we glared at each other for at least an hour after eating before Sans and Chara came home, now I've told her about her changes, the look on her face tells me that my suspicions were right,  she doesn't even realize any of the changes that she's been showing here and there, I walked up to the bed and sat down, I pulled her into my arms and ran my hand through her hair to comfort her "I'm always here for you, these changes from that place, we'll work through them together, so let's not fight anymore, we're getting married soon, right?" She nodded and scooched into my embrace, I smiled and kissed her forehead.
