Short Chapter 30

Aiden's POV

I was stunned, not able to move as I watched Rob and Kaila breathe deeply, I watched as Jerome and Cal tensed.

????: "You threaten my best friends, you threaten someone I love just to make me do something I don't want to do so you will leave him alone. Fisher you were there. Just tell me he's OK?"

Fischer: "Look I'm not saying anything."

????: "Fischer please. You know I don't think like that. That I can't connect the dots. Just tell me out right. Is he OK? Don't dance because I don't know what the answer is and you know it will drove me nuts. Remember what happened to Spencer?"

Aiden: "Spencer?"

Jerome: "Use to go to our school last year. He picked on Michael mercilessly but never got physical. He would always confuse him, making him start to question things and believe me. When someone who can't connect things or think of something like everyone else can. It drives him nuts."

Michael: "You locked him in the security room. He can be seen and charged for trespassing and so help me God. If he gets in trouble. You will end up like him."

Fischer: "He's fine Ok? Jay was let out as soon as you were out of vision. They are just keeping him there with some of the other guys."

Mitch: "You're a fucking disgrace Fischer."

Fischer: "Mate you saw what he did to Spencer last year. Fuck getting on the wrong side of him."

Aiden: "People are terrified of Seth because he knows everyones secrets."

Kaila: "Michael is probably the most feared person in school because while Seth will manipulate anything he hears and can turn anyone into nothing at this school. Michael isn't afraid to get physical. But because of the issues in his head..."

Michael: "Fuck you Kaila."

Kaila:"... He usually gets away with it because he doesn't ever remember what happened."

Michael telling Kaila to go fuck herself. And then her continuing on like nothing happened made me think that these two. Or at least Michael has been in this situation before. I noticed Preston, Lachlan and Landon running up to us with some security. I didn't even get a chance to breathe before Jay scooped his arms around Michael and just held him tight. The shorter guy half crying when he realizes who has him... He really isn't all there is he?

Security: "I don't know what's going on but you all need to disperse. Your obstructing a public walk way and it can be perceived as loitering and you can be fined. I need to ask that you all leave."

Within the time the guards had arrived. The boys let go of me and Jerome before Lachlan took Cal and started walking off quickly. Preston dragging me away as Jay took Michael's hand and they walked in the opposite direction.

Aiden: "Hang on what about Jerome and the others?"

Rob: "Right behind you. What the hell just happened?"

Ryan: "I have no idea but did anyone see what happened? Like the look on Fischers face when Michael mentioned Spencer? Holy shit that was nuts."

Aiden: "Can someone tell me who Spencer is?"

Kaila: "Well you heard Jerome. Spencer used to go to our school and bully Michael all the time but mentally. No one really knew how to stop until Michael snapped one day because Spencer was talking to Jay. What made him snap was when he threw a punch at Jay and caught his jaw... I've never seen someone so fucked up."

Aiden: "So he jumped him?"

Rob: "Aiden he nearly almost killed him. The only reason Ryan is friends with him still is because he is friends with everyone. And Kaila wouldn't ever dare leave him. Jay is just. He's the only one that hadn't left him."

Kaila: "Alright can we change the topic? Let's get going and then head back to Preston's. I don't think they will be coming back with  us."

Rob: "Anyone else needed to get anything?"

A murmur of no sounded around us before Preston grabbed me and said I was riding with him. Landon was still looking at me with murderous intentions but I'm sure he has a good reason. After dispersing to ride with each person. Landon swapping with Jerome to go with Kaila and Rob instead. The three of us headed out, ready to go back to Preston's place for... Whatever it is they do.

Hey guys just wanted to do a short chapter to reveal who it was and yeah betcha didn't expect that. Also to those thinking it was Landon I didn't say Landon showed up. Kaila wasn't it because she is the school captain from earlier chapters and wouldn't let shit like that go down. And Ryan is Friends with everyone. Michael was suss being on his phone and then walking off. With Jay watching with a sigh, knowing he was being manipulated but also knowing not to try and interfere with that. So sorry guys but maybe next time.

And no. Michael will not be a recurring character. Just a little nod every now and again for some things. Kaila will be somewhat recurring as Rob is a friend. Michael and Jay are both just on the side. Have fun.
