The next morning I woke up shivering uncontrollably. I realized I had never gone back to the tent, instead I was outside laying under a tree. I must have fallen asleep after my confrontation with Eric. Now I knew where we stood. He's not interested in getting to know me, he's just interested in what's between my legs. Well, I'm better than that. As I got up to stretch I noticed everyone back at camp packing up. I better get back there.

"Kate, where were you? I woke up and you weren't in the tent" Caroline said freaking out.

"Calm yourself. I got up early and went for a walk around the perimeter" I said.

"Well you scared me. I was about to send out a search party"

"She was" Damon chimed in.

I couldn't help but laugh "Oh Caroline, your being dramatic"

Jesse came up behind me "Here you are. See Caroline, a pack of hungry wolves didn't drag her away"

We both laughed, it was so sweet she cared so much. She's one of my best friends now, I just wish I could share with her my Eric situation. She hates the guy with a passion, she wouldn't understand.

"Hurry up and pack your shit, you have an hour to catch the train to get back to the compound" Eric yelled. He glared at me for a second before hopping into one of the trucks.

"So why is it we have to rush to catch the train back to Dauntless and he gets a ride?" Damon said annoyed.

"Because he's a asshole" Tyler says sighing.

We had our stuff packed and were ready to go in fifteen minutes. Four and Lauren stayed behind to make sure we got to the train on time. When we finally got back to Dauntless all we wanted to do was shower and eat. Since we start stage two tomorrow so we had the rest of the day off. On my way to the mess hall I ran into Four heading inside.

"You ready for tomorrow?" He asked making small talk.

"To face my fears? Yeah, sure, I'm always ready for that" I say jokingly.

"You'll be fine. I'll be just me in the room with you so don't worry" he looked at me like he knew I had a secret.

Four sat at one of the tables across from my group. As I ate my lunch I thought of Kylie, what she was doing, and most importantly was she safe. I needed to see her but I would need a Dauntless member to take me, someone I trust. I glance over at Four who's now sitting alone.

"I'll meet you in the pit in a little" I say to Caroline. I leave my table and walk over to Four.

"Four I need a favor" I say low enough for only his ears.

He motions for me to sit "What is it?"

"Can you take me to Erudite to see my sister?"

"Is everything okay?" He has this concerned look in his eyes.

"Yeah, I just need to check on her. See if she's okay"

"Do you even know where your parents are living now? That fire destroyed the entire building" he stated.

"That's were you come in. Your in intelligence, can you find out their new residence? Pretty please?" I frown.

He shakes his head smiling "I'll see what I can do"

"Great, thank you" I said gratefully.

He nods and finishes up his meal.

"By the way, what's Dylan's apartment number? I wanted to pay him a visit, bring him some cake"
