"I have a trip to Amity scheduled for tomorrow. Be ready to leave at five"

What??!!!

"What. The. Fuck!!!" I say, reading Eric's message.

"Is everything okay?" Michael asks.

"No it's not okay" I say angrily as I storm out.

There was no way in hell I was going to Amity with Eric. I needed to find him and tell him that I just wasn't going. Hopefully he was back from Erudite by now. Walking frantically through the pit I spotted Dylan walking out of one of the gyms.

"Dylan, have you seen Eric?" I asked, out of breath.

"Yeah, we were just working out. He should be back in his apartment"

"Thanks"

As I'm about to rush off Dylan grabs my hand to stop me. He could tell somethings up.

"Hey, wait. Is everything okay?" He asks concerned.

"I- I just need to speak to him"

I sped away from him and towards the elevator bank. It didn't take long for me to reach the door to Eric's apartment.

"Eric!" I yelled, my hand knocking on his door.

When he didn't answer I beat the door with my fist.

"Eric, open the door, it's Kate!"

I finally heard heavy footsteps approaching on the other side of the door. As soon as the door swung open I shoved past him, not waiting for an invitation.

"What's this bullshit about me going to Amity with you?" I shouted.

"Come in, by all means Kate" Eric grumbled, his face entirely unimpressed by my intrusion.

When I turned around to face him Eric was only wearing a towel around his waist. His hair and upper body were wet. I tried my best not to stare but I couldn't help myself.

"Umm, I-I mean it Eric. I'm not going. There's no reason for me to go" I say, trying to focus on anything other than his naked, bare chest.

"What makes you think you have a choice?" He steps right in front of me.

Taking a few steps away from him my back hit the wall and there was no where for me to go.

"You work for me. That means you do what I ask and go where I need you to go. Now be a good little girl and pack a fucking bag" he said all smug.

The smell of his soap was clouding my senses. I couldn't breath.

"H-how many d-days am I packing for?" I said, barely getting the words out of my mouth.

He watched me intently, a cold smirk tugging at his lips "Two. Maybe three days" he shrugged.

Great, this couldn't get any worse. When he finally backed away I was able to breath again. Walking towards his bedroom he dropped his towel.

"Now if you don't mind. . ."

I couldn't help blushing as I quickly rushed out his front door. I was not expecting him to do that but hey, it's Eric we are talking about. I was too wound up to eat dinner, so I went to the gym for a bit before I had to meet Four. These next few days are going to be torturous.

When I got to the gym I slowly stretched and took my time warming up. I started with the punching bag and got lost in the feeling of my fists pounding into it. I kept seeing Eric's face whenever my fist hit the bag. There's sweat dripping down me as my arms began to feel numb, but I can't stop punching. It's as if I'm releasing everything that has been pent up inside of me.
