I'm laying on a cloud. The bed that I was currently sprawled up in was far more softer than the ones in the dorms. I could also feel a soft blanket laid over my body and I could tell that the bed was quite large as well. My head was throbbing and my throat felt extremely dry. I tried to swallow a few times but I was having some difficulty.

Groaning, I rolled over on my right side and stretched out my arms and legs. There's light shining on my face, forcing my eyes to open.

I was definitely not in the dorms.

Popping my head up from the bed I saw that I was in Eric's bedroom, in his bed. He wasn't in it though. It made me nervous to even think about what possibly happened between us last night. Looking beneath the sheets I saw I wasn't in the clothing I wore last night. I was wearing a black t-shirt with just my underwear.

Where are my clothes?

Quickly surveying the room, my clothes were nowhere in sight. I laid back down in the bed, trying to figure out what happened last night. Last thing I remembered was everyone playing Candor or Dauntless.

Did I play?

The smell of bacon filled my nostrils. There's noise coming from outside the bedroom, like the clatter of a pan of some sort. Someone is cooking in the kitchen. I slowly slide out from underneath the comfy, soft comforter that was covering me and tip toed to the bedroom door. Looking through the crack I see Eric standing in front of the stove, cooking bacon and staring down at his tablet.

Am I dreaming?

Taking a step back into the room I caused the floor to creak and Eric's head to pop up from whatever he was doing. He knew I had to be awake, he's got inhuman senses.

"How's your head?" He calls out nonchalantly.

Opening the bedroom door, I slowly took a few steps out. He was wearing a grey pair of sweat pants and a black tank top, exposing his muscular biceps. I couldn't help admiring his physique.

"It hurts" my voice was all hoarse.

After turning off the stove he opens his refrigerator and pulled out a bottle of water, placing it on the counter.

"You sound like shit, you need to drink"

He looks me up and down before he once again focuses on his tablet. Realizing I was standing in his kitchen in just a shirt, exposing my legs mid thigh, I tied to cover up as much as possible by pulling the shirt down.

"Don't ruin my shirt Kate"

I immediately released the hem, not wanting to piss him off. I grabbed the water from the counter and started to guzzle it down like my life depended on it. I've never felt so thirsty. He had looked up from his tablet and was glaring at me. I blushed at his piercing stare. It was incredibly awkward. Eric clearly knew that I was uncomfortable as he smirked at me.

"How do you like your eggs?" He asked.

I was taken back by his question and didn't know what to say. Just the thought of him asking me such a question was laughable.

"Cat got your tongue Goldilocks?"

I cleared my throat and went to go sit on the stool across from him.
